"First time I ordered here was 12/27/2020, when I ordered online using their own microworks weborder site. I put my order in at 7pm. The site told me they would send a text/email when it was ready for pickup. I never got a call, text, or email to tell me when my order would be ready. Went there myself an hour later to find it already finished and already cold. Second time I ordered here was today (3/20/2021). I remembered ordering using their online form, so I tried logging in. My account was already deleted. Whatever, I was already in the area, so I just stopped in to place the order. I don 't know what the sound problem is in that store but I can 't hear a damn word the cashier was saying. I put my order in for 10 piece Spicy BBQ wings combo and 10 piece Hot Mustard wings combo. Had him repeat to me my order. So far so good. I pick up my wings, go home, and eat. The Spicy BBQ was fine. The wings were small and somewhat tough, but good enough. The Hot Mustard....no one home could figure out what flavor wings those were. We knew we were eating wings, but that sauce had no flavor at all. The sauce was sparse and white. Its not parmesan, garlic, or butter. Its not spicy. Its just bland and white. I called them to pull up what my order was. The call cut out , sure right I believe you. They read my order back correctly, except it wasn 't Hot Mustard. The original cashier, who successfully read back my order, put in HONEY MUSTARD. No way in hell were those wings HONEY MUSTARD. Honey is a distinct flavor. You would know if you tasted something sweet. Mustard is a distinct flavor. You, again, would know if you were tasting mustard. What ever these wings were, were not either of those flavors, or the flavor I already asked and verified for. There will not be a third."
