"We attempted to call in a pickup order, but every time we tried, the phone rang and went directly to voicemail. Despite multiple attempts, we were unable to reach anyone. So, we decided to place our order online instead. We were told it would be ready in 40 minutes, but when we arrived 45 minutes later, we were informed that it would take an additional 5 minutes. Ultimately, we ended up waiting another 45 minutes for our food. It appeared that our order hadn't even been processed until we arrived and inquired about it."
