"I ordered $63 worth of food for dinner, which included two teriyaki shrimp and broccoli plates, two sides of teriyaki shrimp, hibachi chicken with an extra side of hibachi chicken, and two sweet teas (one without ice). After arriving, we waited for what felt like 30 minutes for our food. When it finally arrived, we only received one tea. The server mentioned that we were only being charged for one tea and did not offer to get us the other one. I would have gladly paid for it if I had known we weren’t being charged for both, but the credit card receipt only showed the total amount paid, without detailing the individual items. While I understand they were busy, we were disappointed not to be informed that we could pay for an extra drink if we wanted it. Perhaps they should consider having an additional staff member to handle orders. Overall, I was not pleased and don’t think I’ll return."
