"Things escalated when they followed me outside in a threatening manner, trying to “retrieve” the order. One man even started to grab my backpack and got in my face, as if to provoke a fight. A woman blocked my bike with her legs, making it impossible for me to leave this distressing situation. I ended up calling the police, who intervened, and they returned the food, but I lost out on my trip. By the time the delivery was canceled, the customer’s food was likely cold.
The staff were unprofessional, resembling thugs rather than businesspeople. I reported the incident immediately, and the police confirmed that they were in the wrong. There was no sense of decorum or remorse from the restaurant. It’s disappointing that Uber and DoorDash delivery drivers kept your business afloat during the city shutdown, only to be met with hostility and aggression. I urge both couriers and customers to avoid this establishment. They are terrible!"
