"We went to celebrate my boyfriends birthday and we’re excited for the tomahawk steak. However, it was a disappointment. We asked for medium rare and it came out very rare. We’re not people to send food back so we went to deal with it. However, the waiters heard my boyfriend complain and the manager came by to check in on us. We explained it’s a little rare for our liking and the food was ok. The staff and management went ABOVE AND BEYOND to apologize for the mistake. The fact that the waiters told the managers that we were unhappy just speak volumes of the professionalism of this establishment. The sides, drinks and dessert were absolutely delicious, but the main dish unfortunately was not."
