"The service was exceedingly slow. This is not the first time we have had this experience. This one certainly confirmed our decision to not return. We were also surprised by the mandatory tip that is included on the bill. While I'm familiar with charges, this is the first time I've seen I feel that is egregious, especially considering the poor service that came along with it"
