"AMAZING! I frequent this place often .. The lounge ,,, dining,,, and night club is something to experience! Visually amazing is just one of its many qualities, the service and atmosphere are gold star. If you are looking for an elegant dining experience in an exciting upbeat atmosphere this is the spot. If you are into dancing after, check out the nightclub, which also displays the same qualities., in addition the “ light show” and DJs are awesome! Overall I have been to both the Chicago and Vegas locations, this spot is a must visit for an exciting modern contemporary Asian inspired experience!!"

"A lot of people have highly rated the crispy orange chicken. I found it just OK. It was neither crispy nor orange (except for the color). The chefs roll was very good. The hot and sour soup was thicker than I am used to, but I liked it very much. The soda that I ordered was not what I received. And I think I received some crispy rice triangles that are tasty, but not part of my order. Overall, this is a great restaurant. I have eaten at their sister property in Las Vegas. It's a little pricey, but you have a good meal!"

"You don't come here for the food, but rather the experience. Getting to your table can be a little chaotic. You can only check in once your entire group has arrived. Once that happens, you're out in a holding area that's a bit too small to accommodate everyone. We waited there about 10 minutes before being seated. We then waited an additional 20 minutes for our waiter to appear and serve us water. So service is a bit slow. I don't recommend you come here hungry, as not only will it take a while to get your food, but food is overpriced. Nevertheless, the place is stunning! The music was also really good but a bit loud, which is to be expected at this type of place. There are only 5 bathroom stalls for women and there's always a line. Not sure why such a big establishment has so little bathrooms. I think the main issue is women wanting to adjust their attire but since there's no privacy (it's a mixed bathroom) they do it the the stalls. There were 2 girls holding up a stall because one of the girl's dresses couldn't zip up."

"There is too many rules, and what they cannot do what you can’t do for example, we had a party at five we needed a bigger table, but they would not allow us to have a table and an area that we want it because he had to be a party of eight they’re not taking into consideration not everybody is the same size so they need more space it was my birthday and I wanted to go there and I wanted to enjoy myself . We’re spending hundreds of dollars there and we can enjoy a table and a view that we want it because we were in a party of eight. They need to rethink that some people are not all the same size they’re not going fit comfortably for at a table for five versus a table for eight they’re so concerned about the rules what happened to pure customer service accommodations that was not happening one of our parties is 6’7he was extremely uncomfortable and that’s not OK we’re spending hundreds of dollars to have a nice dinner and a nice view of the restaurant. The staff most of them seem very stuck up and just want to cater to people that are well-known versus regular people like myself that want to spend hundreds of dollars at a nice restaurant and it seems like that attitude is based on the tip that we were going to leave, I had that experience a second time I was there as well. Everyone should be treated fairly and if you asked for a bigger table, but don’t have eight people obviously you’re asking for a reason and it should be accommodated instead of making you sit at a table that you’re so close together that you can’t really enjoy yourself when you’re spending hundreds of dollars on food I would definitely not be returning."
