"I have only eaten at Jason's Deli maybe 2 or 3 times. I have never had a bad experience or poor food. The manager saw we had a box and wanted be sure we fid not have a cake that required refrigeration. We told us he would have happily refrigerated it until we were ready. Fantastic service."

"This is another great opportunity to shout out to this excellent restaurant chain for the great food, staff, and clean. They always make sure I don't get and cross contamination, and I appreciate it. I went for the turkey sandwich and their amazing tomatoe bisque soup. It was a great staple for me on a cold day. The selection of drinks was different but a good difference. Would I recommend this restaurant? Absolutely Would I return? Absolutely Don't take my word for it. Go try for yourself."

"I was really excited to try this place because back at home in Texas. The salad bar was always my favorite. I hadn’t been in about six years A +1 to enjoy some lunch thinking that I had a great experience like I used to. I ordered the Santa Fe sandwich along with the chipotle, chicken and avocado Panini And what I thought was a unlimited salad , was only a one time stop Which was not discussed or sign anywhere explaining the regulations) But what really got to me was that the staff Were trashing the guest, but in Spanish. I was sitting maybe 15 feet away and could hear specifically one lady just talk trash about people being cheap and taking advantage of the Salad bar. I’m not wanting to mix my sweet components with savory salty, especially in a salad so when I went up to ask for a plate manager, Mike explained to me it was a one time trip deal but politely gave me a second and said it’s OK. And as I continued to debate what I wanted, I could just hear the lady and some of the employees laugh and start talking mess on how I was trying to scam the salad bar. This completely threw off my appetite. I confronted the gentleman, Micheal , who is the store manager and told him I did not appreciate the conversation and how abrupt and they were not aware of those who speak the language and are ignorant to their environment. I spent over $40 and was there for probably no more than 15 minutes. I was embarrassed and shocked on how the manager handled the situation. The lady by the name of Concha Most ignorant and rude of them all and Mike just seem timid and lots of words with remorse. Unfortunate the guest service here was what completely threw off my experience and overall just poor customer service."

"I still dislike the policy of only allowing one trip through the salad bar. However, I have come up with a compromise. I will order takeout, which includes a trip through the salad bar. "The food here is fresh and that is the only reason that has me returning. The employees, however, are another story. Service moves really slow and you are forced to stand in line for about 15 minutes upon entry. The first time I tried Jason's, I asked where do I return my plate and one of the servers just gave me a sarcastic attitude. It's one of the few semi-healthy eateries in this town but the customer service is not the most hospitable."

"The food at this restaurant was fresh, tasty, and quick. There weren't as many people as usual this time. The chicken salad sandwich on a croissant is amazing, but we both opted for the Reuben on rye. I had forgotten how delicious it was, with plenty of meat in it. I highly recommend the salad bar. The ice cream machine is inconsistent - sometimes it's creamy, other times it's grainy and tastes like vanilla flavored ice."

"We've been to this place at least 5 times and this was the last. Horrid horrid service. It took 20 minutes to bag my order. Not to cook or make the order, to put it in a freaking bag. It was ridiculous. Asked the cashier, asked the manager. Asked another manager and then I got really mad. The order was complete right away. What really made me mad was I tried to call in the order at least 4 times and was hung up on every time. While I was waiting I talked to another guy who had the same issue. It was insane. The guys making sandwiches we're standing around talking so I really do t know why they couldn't put the order in the bag. I will never go back there!"

"I arrived at Jason's Deli after working out at the gym. I had worked up a decent appetite and ordered a tomato caprese sandwich with a potato salad. I waited over 20 minutes and didn't receive my order. It was absolutely the worst service I have ever received. The place was not busy at all, and they were staffed by what seemed an adequate number of staff members. The absolute apathy shown by the staff members made me feel like the last priority in what some would think is a customer oriented establishment. Management should have a serious inquiry into why customer service is so seriously lacking in such a highly overly priced place in the first place. The food finally arrived and I was able to type a novel. Hopefully it is worth the incredibly unnecessary wait time... Update: The caprese is cold. Thought it was supposed to be a hot sandwich but maybe my hopes are too high. Not as high as the $20+ tag on the meal, though, but I digress. Also, it had a strange, bitter taste to it, and barely had any pesto sauce on it at all, nothing like the advertised picture... The potato salad is very dry and doesn't seem very fresh. Honestly, I hope I don't get food poisoning... Post meal aftermath: This was my first time going to a Jason's Deli. In today's world of fast food Russian roulette where your prize is what poison you get to die from, I was hopeful that something new would usher in new and better options. Sadly, I have been thoroughly and utterly let down on every level from service and price to quality and experience. The second picture is of what is left of my meal. I should ask for a refund but I hope that my testimony of my experience will alert their management and ownership. Anyways, I won't be coming back unless they can seriously address some of these issues..."

"My dining experience at this restaurant was less than satisfactory. I paid $35 for a "Salad Bar" for two people, but was disappointed to find out that the price only included one plate. The cafeteria-style dining was overpriced and not worth the cost. Despite being three months pregnant and in need of a substantial meal, I was rudely informed by the staff that I could only take a small plate of food. It was misleading to advertise an "all you can eat salad bar" for 20 years, only to limit the portion size. This left me feeling frustrated and hungry. It's a simple concept to follow - if you advertise all you can eat, customers should be allowed to enjoy a full meal. Needless to say, I left the restaurant feeling dissatisfied."

"Ate here for dinner tonight for the first time since COVID. Really glad we came back. They are still serving a fresh and clean salad bar. Friendly service. Clean tables. Good menu options for kids who didn’t want the salad bar. The free ice cream is still a hit. They also catered box lunches for our middle school earlier this month. "LOVED IT! I hadn't had a Reuben in a long time and was very impressed by the size of my sandwich although it did have quite a bit of fat that I had to cut off of each slice of meat. I had to save half for lunch the next day because it was so big so I got to enjoy it twice! My boyfriend got a Tuna Salad on Wheat (HUGE! for someone who is VERY picky he loved it because they put chopped egg in theirs. Next time I'll come earlier to try the salad buffet (so happy to see a restaurant that still has one! ."

"I truly enjoy coming here to eat. The menu is nothing short of comprehensive- They have a little bit of everything to satisfy whatever you're craving. Everything tastes home cooked and fresh. The salad bar is extensive, too. I'd highly recommend they unlimited option if you're a leafy green eater. Service here is also usually great. Even though it's not a fancy sit down place, your food is still brought to you by friendly staff and then dishes are cleared upon the conclusion of your meal. There is free soft serve ice cream here which is a big plus for many who bring kids. I'd recommend!"

Y'all I had great customer service, great food, and it was so clean there. "Today was a hectic day! My group of 30 had lunch scheduled for tomorrow but they to the front desk at 11:15 asking where is the lunch for today. I instantly thought I messed up but quickly realized that it was mix-up on their part. I went into fix it mode. My Chef was off today and my kitchen did not open until 4pm. I called Jason's Deli and the gentleman took my order being extra helpful. He quickly took my order and the payment. I was amazed my order was here and it arrived at 12:10pm. The client was ecstatic about me choosing Jason's Deli. I was impressed about the whole experience. Thanks so much to the staff there for making a stressful situation into a successful experience."

"Pros: High-quality food, delicious desserts, friendly service, and a clean environment. Cons: As of my update on April 25, 2022, while the salad bar remains impressive, it seems there’s less attention being paid to keeping older vegetables separated from the fresh ones, so you may need to sort through them yourself. In conclusion, all the flavors I’ve tried so far blend together beautifully. This place is definitely a step above fast-food chains like Subway, McAlister's, Good Sense, Jersey Mike's, and Jimmy John's. You get the idea! This has quickly become my preferred spot for sandwiches, salads, and other healthy quality options!"

Yep…that happened to me at JD’s when I tried to order the long extinct deli cowboy! Does anyone else remember that delicious saucy, cheesy sandwich? I do…but now they can make a “thing” and yes I’ll keep calling it the “thing sandwich” which has shredded (ick) meat in BBQ sauce. Doesn’t that sound delicious? Yeah, not to me either. “Meat” soaked in BBQ sauce…hummmmm…sounds like a middle school cafeteria thing. PASS!!!! So what to eat? What to eat when your dining dreams are dashed? I know!!! A kids baked potato!!! Oh, but can you add extra butter and cheese? Yes please!! This potato could feed two people. TWO!! I know the plain jane is the size of a small charter plane but this thing is ridiculous too! Anyone say leftovers? But so so so tasty…crispy skin! With a delicate and fluffy inside, tons of butter, cheese and bacon. That’s right I said it…BACON!!! "The Strawberry Shortcake dessert at Jason's Deli is amazing! However, I was not impressed with the meat (pastrami/corned beef) - the flavor was just okay and I couldn't distinguish between the two types. The shredded turkey was not to my liking as I prefer slices. Despite these issues, the Strawberry Shortcake was outstanding and worth the price. The Tuna Salad Sandwich had a fishy taste, but the employees were friendly and efficient. The restaurant is clean and prices are reasonable. I plan to try the Salad Bar and soups on my next visit, but I hope the deli meat improves in quality."
