"This restaurant experience was extremely disappointing. The staff was rude from the moment we arrived. They forgot to give us our drinks, and when my brother tried to grab the cups we had paid for, he was scolded by the cashier. When I politely asked for better treatment, the cashier mocked me. When the fountain machine malfunctioned, my boyfriend informed another staff member, who responded rudely. My father confronted the staff about their behavior, but they continued to be disrespectful. Despite this, the new lady who made my food was very kind. When my father asked for a manager to assist with the machine, he was met with even more rudeness and vulgar language from the original cashier. When my father attempted to take a picture of her, a large man from the restaurant threatened him. I then intervened and was threatened as well. The manager threatened to call the police if we did not leave. I left, but my father stayed to wait for my cousin who was in the bathroom. I cannot fathom treating customers in such a disrespectful manner. I work in a much busier food business and would never behave this way towards customers, no matter the situation. It is unacceptable that this behavior has not been addressed before, and I will be contacting corporate to report this incident."
