"eating was not disappointing, but there was no option for bad management. would recommend this place to eat, but not sure I would recommend it for a large group party. we made about 3 weeks reservations for a work, at 4:30-5 last night together. around 6:10 we were told by the server (not his fault) that his manager told him we had only 20 minutes and we had to go. they would eat every night we ordered in a box. after our server we had only reservations up to 6:30. some of us have liked the love martinis and our appetizers, so we asked our server at 5:45 if we could order later. that's not a problem. We were never told when the reservations were confirmed on 2/10 or by everyone in the restaurant when we arrived that we had only 1.5 hours reservations. I spoke to the manager (christ who was not very professional or kreatiw. when we told her that we were never told and had not eaten some of us yet, her answer was, well, what do they want me to do when we never told her that we had only the place until 6:30, she said how would that ring when we tell them that if she was wavy christine. I would think that would have been much less unpleasant than telling us that they only have another 20 minutes and then they have to go. of course she gave it to covid. we had a party in juni and we have no deadline. we went to heritage hills and they were very accommodating and thought it was terrible what happened to us at gas. logan. we all knew it wasn't your fault."

"Toro Lounge is located a couple of blocks from the ferry and next to Another Castle barcade. I feel as though the atmosphere is accustomed to an establishment found in downtown Seattle; dark, clean, classy. It is a tapas bar where they have smaller plates intended to share with others. I have eaten here a couple dozen times. I think about 60% of the menu is static (which is good beca the most popular things stick around), and 40% seems to be changing pretty frequently, maybe seasonal or experimenting with new things. 90% of the meals I've had, I have really enjoyed and thought were a good balance. The other 10% was likely a mix between not my taste and a couple weird things that may not be to my taste as in a wedge Salad. I've taken many dates to this location and everyone enjoys it. Overall, the food is very good and seems fairly diverse. The staff has always been very nice and friendly. They are pretty busy in some instances and not always immediately available but they do make periodic checks and come if flagged down. This is not due to them being lazy or inattentive, more so due to being overly busy with lots of guests. I typically visit in the evenings and weekends, and this place seems to always be pretty busy/full. A testament to the popularity of this place. They have approximately 20 tables, a long bar, a couple lounge seats next to the big windows, and then a small area with a bar top and bar stools (but no bar, it looks into the restaurant). It's a good area to have at least for overflow on busy nights. From this area you can also see the semi open kitchen area where food is being made. Bathrooms are darkish and appropriately clean, accommodating 2-3 people at a time. Personal opinion: Sliders are great. Black been sliders are probably my favorite. Even my vegan hating friend loves them. Would recommend this restaurant."
