"My family loves Jalisco Cafe, Bonita. First stop for our out of state visitors. Everything is good. Favorites are Enchilada Suiza, Quesadilla Ranchero Deluxe with Carne Asada, Chile con Carne Burrito Grande. Absolutely the best Chile Rellenos I have found anywhere. Out of state visitors freeze a lot of the delicious Jalisco Cafe food here and fly it back home with them, it is so good!"

"we stopped here when we hoped it would be good. we were completely blown away with eating. it is truly authentic Mexican cuisine. the tortillas and the chips are made fresh in the restaurant. the tortillas are the best I've ever tried. the flan is also authentic, very good. "The Mexican food here is truly authentic! Although the staff is small, they're all young and hardworking. My drink was always full, and the salsa and chips were fresh and abundant. I ordered the Colorado shrimp fajitas, and the portion was huge, leaving me with plenty for a nice snack later. The variety of spices and desserts was impressive, and I especially loved the mushrooms! The service was incredibly friendly as well. If you're looking for a genuine Mexican restaurant where you're welcomed and your business is truly appreciated while enjoying excellent food, El Jimador is the perfect spot!"

"my wife loves this place. for me eating is good, but average fair. the margaritas, on the other hand, are some of the best. in san mateo of hillsdale blvd. (menlo park is not so good) we always get the top rule, or that is what we call it. they go great with the house made salsa and chips. portions for most plates are generous. they get a good one here."

"There's a reason I always get tacos when I'm in Los Angeles—every spot is fantastic, and Tacos Por Favor is no exception. These tacos are among the best I've ever tasted. The asada taco was incredibly flavorful, featuring perfectly charred steak. The carnitas taco was tender and savory, while the pastor taco was both juicy and slightly sweet. My personal favorite was the Quesabirria Tacos, which were filled with shredded beef and cheese, then lightly fried on the outside. I did wish they had provided some broth for dipping, as is my preference, but they were still delicious. They also served excellent verde and red salsas, along with an intensely spicy dark red sauce that really cut through the richness of the food. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and definitely some of the best tacos I've had!"

"We received exceptional service from a young server who truly went above and beyond for us, bringing extra drinks, clearing our plates, and even offering more chips and salsa. The restaurant has two types of salsa—one mild for those who prefer it and another with a nice kick. If you'd like the mild salsa, just make sure to ask for it. Our grandson really enjoyed the taquitos, while my wife and I shared a small platter that was more than enough for four people. The food is consistently fantastic, and I'm especially fond of their guacamole. Overall, the service during our dine-in experience was excellent."

I'm so glad we did because our food arrived fresh and quickly! We ordered a Fajita Burrito, Enchiladas Rancheras, Raspberry Chimis, and Churros. I loved how beautifully everything was presented, and the portion sizes were generous considering the price for such delicious food. Overall, I highly recommend checking this place out! "Pollo en crema anyone? This discovery was so delicious. I used to come here many years ago when I worked in Palo Alto. I would always get the shredded beef taco with rice and beans.One day I decided to try Pollo en crema and I was so happy I did. I’m a flavor junkie and this has the best combo of tastiness.It is chunks of chicken breast sautéed with onions, bell peppers, and sour cream. Served with rice and beans, and flour or corn tortillas – whatever you like.The chips and salsa are also delicious and I usually get a container to go. They have a few locations around the Bay Area. "greeted and was seated immediately though from our party were running late (we were total). we were immediately served chips n salsa, which i must say was fresh w/ a nice spice blend. timing was right as we placed our order when our late attendees had just arrived. nice ambiance. seated in area what seemed like a dance room with a dj booth off to one corner. took a while to wave down our waiter for water refills. mexican music was playing which i liked but we caught ourselves yelling over the table and straining to hear each other and had to ask to have the volume turned down. everyone liked their plates. though, when mine arrived it was not hot, seemed it sat and cooled since i was served last at our table noticing too that our neighboring table of was being served at the same time. i had the carne asada enchilada. i picked up what seemed like tendon that was hard to chew and dare not swallow. but over all it was ok. i do plan to go back, however, will try a different dish next time around."

"the places are very beautiful, beautiful, varied and not only in Spanish and with small volume. the only part I didn't like is that they are on order, I like it more is the traditional service of the waiter who is their order, perhaps due to kovid, that is why they have this system, which was served very fast, good presentation, the portions are very generous, and above all, everything is very delicious. they have a soda bar with a great variety. the fresh waters and the margarita were very good with a lot of taste. we had luck finding a place in their tiny parking lot, they only have about 8 places and very small, consider this when they think to come with the car. they can also park on the street. the experience was very good I highly recommend that we come back every time we are here"

"I have been going here for years!! I have always loved the place. I eat here anytime I'm in Ft Worth. Although today I ordered the same .... Lunchbox with a club, fruit, And chips.. although today it cost me $18!!! All I got was a sandwich, little bag of chips, small piece of fruit and a cookie. Honestly I will never come here again for this price"
