"The service was awful. For some reason half of the entrees came out with the appetizers so everyone was eating at different times. The waitress just keep walking by our table and not acknowledging that we were there or asking if we needed anything. Blatant disregard for us as people. We spoke to the manager who refused to understand the problem. He only sort of apologized and came back to tell us he comped our drinks and we should come back to visit him. Why?? We’ll still have to endure terrible service and mediocre food. No thanks. I’d rather spend my money elsewhere."

"Had a wonderful lunch at Il Patio di Eataly on Saturday. Everything was just perfect, except the weather, but overall a wonderful lunch. I had requested a cabana on the street side. The hostess said they were running a little over and we were offered a table under an umbrella. The table was just fine and the food even better. This is my second time at Il Patio di Eataly and hope to be back before the weather turns too cold. Plenty of food to share and wonderful pizza."
