"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Okay. The service was bad. The wings were dry hard and very old over cooked and burnt 50 of them!!! 10 in each box with only a small containter half full each they were the smallest wings ever seen in the United States of America and on top of it. I ordered a salad okay just a regular salad and that was horrible. Just horrible the vegetables were old. The lettuce was Brown and had to throw the $20 overpriced sald in the garbage. Again, the wings were the worst in the world It was so embarrassing to bring them home. It was a takeout for three families takes them home. I think we got like. $50 with the food in all wings and paid cash and the short young rude blonde even begged us for a tip after giving g us a worthless free 10 wings if we come back. Worst experience ever will never never go back. We have told all our friends and family about it and warn them to be where. If they wanna Be ripped off. That's the place to go. Saint cloud Minnesota. Buffalo Wild Wings. We felt the young lady that worked at the take out window What had the worst attitude and quite a judgment and rude. Called about a refund policy when we got home after viewing the rotten food and she scoffed and said it was too late we already left the restaurant. It was 4pm."

"I love it! I got a mobile order, and it was good. UPDATE:. April 11, 2022-They still serve the same great food. I redeemed my birthday certificate for six free wings. They tasted great! All I had to pay for was the tax and my drink. I definitely will come back. UPDATE:July 9, 2022-And I did come back! Again, they still serve the same great food. I ordered six wings with Honey BBQ sauce, and Diet Pepsi. I topped the meal off with a slice of New York Style Cheesecake. Everything was just as delicious as before. You know I will be coming back!"

"I will never return to this restaurant! I placed an online order at 5:00 pm, which was supposed to take 30 minutes. I waited outside until 5:15 pm before going in to let the staff know I was there, but I was completely ignored and felt invisible. By around 5:30 pm, I inquired about my order, and a staff member informed me that it was being bagged. During that time, I watched four other customers who had come in after me receive their orders. After waiting until 5:45 pm—nearly an hour—I approached the front to ask for a refund, only to discover that my order had never even been made. I felt invisible again, as every other customer was being served except for me, and no one could provide an explanation. When I asked for a refund, I was told I would have to wait until the end of the shift despite my long wait. I then called corporate and spoke with the district manager, who said he would send me a gift card for the inconvenience. I provided my address, but I never received anything."

"I haven't been inside bww for a few years so just rated service and atmosphere higher since I'm not sure, but food... absolutely 1 star. We got 2 types of wings for pick up/to go, mango habinaro and sriracha. The wings/drumsticks were all SO small it was honestly funny and had to immediately send a pic to my friend.Not only were they all tiny, they were do dry from either being overcooked or sat out. Yet they still charge the same price for that joke. Shrinkflation I assume. Sad businesses have no pride nowadays. Speaking of which, we decided to try door dash this week and clicked a burger joint that had smash burgers. We'd never had smash burgers before so wanted to try it. Well they were delivered and in buffalo wild wings containers/packaging ? Honestly the buger wasn't too bad. I'd say 5/10 for a burger and being takeout not too bad.So to sum it up, this location is trash now, they are awful with what they're known for AND run ghost kitchens that actually does a pinch better than what their company is about. Never even bothering to order from here again even their ghost kitchens since they're obviously desperate for orders/customers. Such a shame since I remember when they came to midland and their mango habinaro will always be my favorite sauce. Buy their sauce but beyond that they're not worth spending any other money on. Miss when they actually had some meat on their bones."

"I arrived just after dinner, and the place was quite quiet. I had some difficulty placing an online order for takeout, but the staff assisted me promptly and made the process very easy. The wings were fresh and generously coated in sauce, which I really appreciated. The employee at the front was very friendly, and everyone appeared to be in good spirits. I've been here several times and have never had a negative experience. Overall, I rate it a perfect 10/10. As for parking, there are usually plenty of open spots available."

"We were in B-Dubs on Sunday at 12 noon. Very quiet time to go. The service was excellent. Our waitress was very nice. The food came fast. Your Pommes are one of my favorites. They have a very good texture. Almost on the crisp side. Flavorful. I had boneless wings. Mild. The bread was not too thick. And they were crispy. Cleveland Brown's glass production went on. I was lucky to get the one you see in the picture. My son had the baconburger with cheese curds. He loved it absolutely. Good experience."

"We got here at about 7pm tonight 1/09/22 and ordered at about 7:10. We didn’t get our food until 7:50. The server never came to check on us or let us know it’s taking longer, actually she was no where to be found. When she finally came after we held up the yellow card for help for about 5 min with our food, we asked for a refill and she rudely replied “help yourself it’s self serve” ok so why didn’t you tell us when we ordered?!? How are we supposed to know?? We were missing a whole large fry and celery. Couldn’t even complain because nobody ever came to the table. So disappointed with this horrible service. I understand places are short staffed but they had servers huddled in a corner and it was not busy inside or with online orders."

"sitting after that. it took 20min until a waitress made us big and took our drinks orders. 30 minutes to get the drinks. then it took almost 45 minutes to get our wings. the wings hardly had a soak on them, although we asked them to be too wet. we had to ask for serviettes and refills several times. When our eating was almost finished, we finally got 3 serviettes (4 of us at the table.) the waitress brought the wrong drink when she brought the fillings, then she took 15min to bring the right ones."

"Yesterday, we decided to try this location, as we normally go to the Florence one. There was not a soul there when we arrived. It was a little while before we were greeted, but our drinks arrived fine. We were interrupted by the server when we were trying to speak our order, we had to repeat our orders, I repeated I wanted traditional wings 3 times. We ordered wings, a salad, and a sandwich and it took over 30 minutes. And the salad that was supposed to come out before my wings? The ranch dressing got dropped and dumped all over my dress. I was given a dry bar rag to clean my linen dress off by the food runner after we used all our napkins and were never brought more, I also had to ask for a replacement cup of ranch. Carrots and celery sticks were also thrown atop my wings instead of being placed in a cup like every other location I’ve been to. The servers apologized and kept making me more mad by asking if my dress would be “okay” and one of them eventually brought over some soda water for my dress by the time the ranch dried on my dress. My salad honestly should have gotten comped but we felt like inconveniences to the servers who were on their phones by the kitchen entrance and we don’t believe in asking for free food. The food tasted delicious, this establishment is lucky their cooks are better than their hospitality."

"I remember in the past going here where the chicken turned out to be salty. I tried it again this year and honestly they have improved alot. The chicken were delicious and well seasoned full of sauce for a great price. I enjoy their promo!!! Use the app to order food if you are a BWW lover for points. One of the most visited BWW in Indy. "Avoid ordering from here after 10 PM! We had food delivered by DoorDash at 10:15 PM on a Tuesday night and ordered wings, a double cheeseburger, a chicken sandwich, and potato wedges with chili. Half of our order was missing, the burger had unnecessary jalapeños added, and the bun was hard. The chili on the potatoes was so old that it was completely dried out and cracked like a desert. I received a refund from DoorDash for the missing items and contacted the restaurant the next day when they opened (they were closed when we received our food, clearly indicating a lack of effort to prepare fresh meals). The manager seemed indifferent and acted like it was no big deal since DoorDash was involved. I was planning to use them for catering a corporate event, but now I’ve decided against it and will never return as a customer."

"We ate here today and it was pretty empty since we got there a little after opening. Our server disappeared for a long time and the entrees came out a long time after by someone else. We then asked where the appetizer we ordered was since our food was now at the table and the lady brought it out a little while after. I understand things get busy and short staffed but not even an apology on this. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and asked for mac and cheese instead of fries to which the waiter said sure. We then get the bill and I'm charged for the meal plus a full side of Mac and cheese, I assumed it would have just been an up charge in the side since I switched it. Nope! I asked the waiter and he said no it's charged as a meal and then a full Mac and cheese side. I was confused that I was charged a full meal(didn't get the fries that it's supposed to include) plus charged for an extra side of Mac and cheese. He said that's the way it is. Ok fine but then you should at least tell me when I'm ordering that even though I asked for mac and cheese INSTEAD of fries I would be charged for the mac and cheese at full price plus pay for fries that you don't even give. Horrible customer service"

"When we walked in we had to wait 15 minutes for the hostess to approach the hostess stand. We only got her attention because we saw her come out to tell the DoorDash drivers that their food wasn’t ready. We got seated fine and our waitress was nice. There were multiple tables that needed to be cleaned up and had dirty plates, spray bottles, and cleaning cloths sitting out and they weren’t being cleaned. There were 3 different groups of people who walked in and waited to be seated and the hostess never came out so they left. The food and drinks came out in a decent amount of time, and our order was correct. Halfway through our waitress stopped coming by and we saw her outside smoking. I wouldn’t eat here again since it seemed understaffed and unclean."

"Ordered wings, fries, and fried pickles to go on December 10th of 2021. Took a bite of a wing and it tasted disgusting so I put the rest away and didn 't eat anymore of them. I still ate the fries and fried pickles. That night around 3 am, I woke up with a terrible stomachache and ended up vomitting. The following day I experienced fever, chills, and couldn 't eat anything. I contacted this location to let them know what my symptoms were and to inform them that it was possible/likely that I had food poisoning from their wings. A couple days later I received a call from a manager and she asked me questions about my symptoms so that she could fill out a report. Several times during the call she stated we haven 't heard any other complaints about our food around this date (ok?? What does that have to do with my experience? and also never acknowledged the possibility that the wings they sold me were contaminated. I get that they 're trying to protect themselves, but what bothers me to this day is that I never got a refund for the $10 wings that made me sick. It 's not at all about the money, it 's about the principle. I have not had a single craving for wings after this experience and will definitely never go back to this location. If you 're looking for terrible customer service after possibly eating contaminated wings, this is your place!"

"My boyfriend and I visit this restaurant every so often, and somehow we always end up with Sarah as our server. She's fantastic! She's always incredibly friendly to her guests and especially wonderful with kids. Last night, I saw her take a group of children to the drink station to show them all the options available. It's little gestures like this that make the kids feel included, and they seemed to really enjoy it! I can't praise her enough; she's truly exceptional! And the street tacos are absolutely amazing!"

"Our party of 6 was seated promptly at the restaurant. We had to wait 5 to 10 minutes before our drink orders were taken, and our waitress explained that there was a staff shortage. We ordered 3 appetizers and our entrees, and the appetizers arrived hot and freshly made. However, my order of 15 boneless wings with mixed sauces was disappointing - the wings had minimal sauce and tasted like they had been reheated in a microwave with tough breading. Despite the staffing issues, better organization could improve the overall experience at this restaurant. We will still return to dine here in the future, as we believe it has great potential."
