"The good news… we have been here many times and have always enjoyed our food and the atmosphereThe bad news… they have recently moved to no servers for parties 8 people. Both our experiences with this online ordering from your table method have not been good. After the 1st time we passed it off as them working out the kinks and decided to give it another shot recently. Here are the results…1. Appetizer came out with meal (not a big deal if it was the only issue 2. Since we didn’t have a dedicated server, we had to hunt someone down for plates to eat our pizza3. We NEVER had our drinks refilled and were there for about 1 hour. This is likely because we were NEVER approached by anyone on their own accord after our food came. No one at our table of 5 had a drink for the last 20 minutes of our meal.4. We wanted extra jalapeño ranch dipping sauce (it’s great but unfortunately we had to order through the app instead of a live person. Not sure who to blame (technology or food runner but it NEVER came out. Lucky us, we again got to flag someone down to remove the $1 worth of dipping sauce sheerly out of principle.When we were able to speak to the workers floating around the floor they were nice and helpful but when you are sitting down and paying higher prices for food this isn’t what you expect. They seemed very busy and it felt like they were even avoiding eye contact because of it. It was the 1st time in my life I left a $0 tip.I hate to even be writing this because again, we love the food and love the fact it is a unique place right in our neighborhood. We have recommended it multiple time over the past 1-2 years and on average eat there at-least monthly. However, this is 2 times in a row with a similar experience due to not having a server. I’m pulling for this place and am writing my 1st review EVER in hopes that something changes. We will likely try it again at some point well down the road but next time it will be the last if it doesn’t improve. REALLY hope that isn’t the case!"
