"Peking duck is not made peking style. It just roast duck, with Peking duck price. Salt and pepper shrimp were served with the shells and head still in tacked. Not a dish if you want to have while enjoying a conversation amongst friends. Steam rice was dry and not fluffy. How can you call yourself a Chinese restaurant if you can not make fluffy rice? Our water was never filled, we had constantly wave the waiter down. Chopsticks were not clean. Dim sum were tasty. May go back for the dim sum only, but not for dinner. The price is bit higher that most restaurants in the same caliber."
