"Third time I have showed up and told my order cant be made. Stated they tried to call the number to let me know and when I showed him that he didnt and that the number and name he called wasnt mine I was given more excuses. Tried telling me that they dont do refunds at the store level but their email confirmation states it is handled at the store level and is how I had to handle the two previous times. Will be calling back in once the Manager is in and this will be the last time I order. Pizza is always good but accountability and customer service is lacking."
