"So first I ordered a loaded curly frog with other things. there was no problem until after my payment was taken, then her manager comes into the window to tell me that she did not have the loaded curly fry and I was actually for some chicken basket with fries or something. then I wonder if I can have a refund and he tells me that my transaction did not go through what was not true because it reflected on my bank statement. So I wonder if he can give me something else, instead of the loaded frey and he tries to get us back for the full amount of the ticket, which was $16, so essentially I wanted to spend $30 on his mistake. his co-worker james tried to correct the situation, but was stopped by the manager until he had finally left us an order that was not what we ordered, but it was better than nothing because I was pregnant and had to eat.
