"The food and atmosphere were excellent, and the drinks were enjoyable. However, we encountered an issue with our service. After we ordered drinks and appetizers, our server vanished and didn't return to our table for nearly 40 minutes. By that time, we were pressed for time because we were heading to a show and couldn't afford to be late. Meanwhile, the table next to us, which arrived after us, received their drinks and appetizers ahead of us, and they even got their main courses before our server checked on us again."

"Hey there! Just had to tell you about my first time experience at this place. Let me start by saying, the food was absolutely amazing! I ordered the Big Apple Specialty Sandwich and paired it with a side of Metro Mustard Salad. Trust me, the ingredients were top-notch. And the staff? Super friendly! I had such a great time that I'm definitely going to be a regular here. Can't wait to go back!"

"I walked in the deli and I said Hey can I get a sandwich, The girl pointed at the premade sandwiches she had on the counter and said these are the sandwiches we have. I then asked her if she could make me a fresh sandwich, she looked very annoyed. When I got home to eat my sandwich it was on stale bread that was hard as a rock, Either it was deliberately done or they're using stale bread to serve the customers which is also not right. Nowadays it's hard to go into a restaurant or a deli and get good customer service because most people behind the counter are so miserable they can't be nice people. I'll stick with Smith street"

"Every sandwich is awesome. They've added a few new sandwiches that are huge and delicious. The prices match the amount of food that you get and then some. The atmosphere is beautiful and the music is delightful. Sometimes they get too busy and I want to help them because they are already working so hard. The business means they are here to stay and I know I don't want them to go anywhere."
