"The night manager Stephanie is by far the rudest person I have ever met in service industry history. I have been here at night multiple times ,and she openly makes these rude comments to where customers can hear. Idk if she realizes she can be heard on drive thru or not, but if you’re a manager I’m sure you know how to work a headset. Attitude just nasty. Carrying around huffing and puffing like she hates to be there. The other day I was ordering my food, and she told me I was speaking gibberish. Not “ma’am I’m having a hard time hearing what you’re saying” or “could you please speak up?” I never make a review on nothing ,but I had to ask a team member what the child’s name is cause it never fails. On top of that, it doesn’t matter how many cars are in line. It can be none and the wait time at night is out of this world. You can’t make this stuff up."
