However, the servers don’t have control over the kitchen, where the entrees (including my wife’s omelette) are prepared and frozen in advance.
Here’s a tip: when cooking a batch of chicken breasts to freeze and reheat later, store them in a plastic bag with some orange juice. This method will add a refreshing citrus flavor and help prevent them from drying out in the microwave. As for making frozen omelettes fluffy, I'm not sure there's much that can be done."
