"I had a fantastic dining experience on October 30, 2021, around 8:30 PM, thanks to our server, Alex. His service was truly outstanding. It's clear that Alex has a background in culinary arts, as he was very knowledgeable about different flavors and confidently recommended a sauce I might enjoy when I asked for Old Bay or Creole seasoning, which the restaurant unfortunately didn't have. His ability to engage with customers in such a genuine manner was refreshing and commendable. Though he's not a manager, I genuinely believe he deserves to be, as his personality and customer service skills are far too valuable for just serving. This restaurant would greatly benefit from his presence and work ethic. As a former restaurant owner myself, I would definitely give him 5 stars. Thank you, Alex!"
