"My wife ordered online. The app was cool at first because it updated us such as: orders recieved, food being prepped, etc.. According to the timer I arrived just on time for pickup. My wife even texted me saying you get it yet? . I parked in the pickup spot and called it in. They told me it wasn 't ready yet, which wasn 't a big deal. And that they would bring it out wheneverour order was ready. Over 45 minutes later there was still no phone call. I walked inside, and I was told it STILL wasn 't ready. However, there was a couple of to go bags setting on a desk to the side. Our order was there, so of course after over an hour,and another 20 minute drive home, the food was cold. I thought about microwaving it, but why should I have to in the firstplace? And the guac would get ruined. I love red Robin, but we won 't be coming back this one."
