"I had a disappointing experience at Mitchell's, with a long wait and a refund on my food. However, I decided to try the fish and chips at the restaurant across the street. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick service - I received my order in just 15 minutes. Not only did I get the same amount of food and dessert, but I also saved $10 compared to what I would have paid at Mitchell's. The quality of the meal was excellent as well."

"I wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all. They call it Nepalese, but it's just a fancy Indian food name that I love. There are many excellent Indian restaurants here, but this is not one of them. Firstly, there were no other customers when we got there. Two parties came in after us and we dealt with them before we did. We expressly told the waitress everything mild. When we ordered a birayani she forgot to tell us until we complained that it is always spicy. We started with an inedible lentil soup. It was cold and salty. We asked for hot tea and she said they had gone out that afternoon. Our chicken tikka was all sauce and very little chicken. We sent it back and told them to add more chicken. The shrimp dish was the same - all sauce and hardly any shrimp. The sauces over the rice were pleasant, but overpriced for how little you got. We enjoyed the starter of Mo MO and the Chana Masala. I love Mango Lassi, but they just poured it from a 1 gallon container. It was probably pre-made in the supermarket. Don't go here when we have such a large and diverse Indian community with excellent restaurants across the region."

"During the many times my group has dined here, both in-house and for takeout, we've had significantly more negative experiences than positive ones. The waitstaff have been unwelcoming and rarely check in on you after taking your order. Additionally, we’ve noticed a lack of coffee refills. As for the takeout service, we often find that items are missing, and there seems to be a lack of attention to detail when packaging the meals, resulting in soggy and disorganized containers. The food and service are just average, which is frustrating. There are plenty of other nearby restaurants that provide a better overall experience. After so many chances, returning here will be difficult."

"I placed an order for delivery and there was a missing item. I reached out via message through Google and received a response within 40 seconds. I believe I was conversing with Omar. He apologized and offered two solutions to fix the error. It wasn't a big deal to me, but he took full responsibility. The food was great and the service was incredible. I thanked Omar for being so nice and for taking responsibility even if it wasn't his mistake. I also thanked the restaurant for staying open during the pandemic to help their family, employees, and community. The food industry played a huge role in the Covid crisis and they are essential workers too. Thank you for everything."

"we had a big eckish with a view of the dining room. the service was attentive without being annoyed. the quality of the food is improved during each visit. we ordered a taramosalata and a Greek village salad to start. both were excellent, served with warm brot and pita triangle. we had a Greek sea bass and lamb hack, and dessert was a boughatsa baked with a Greek coffee and a minze tee. we repeat customers and were never disappointed. highly recommended"

"I took my son for his 21st birthday. Ambiance was great. Loved the music being played. Food was good but not excellent. I had better Greek food in other places, but it was ok. If the food had been better, the the prices would have been appropriate, but I paid too much for average food. Now my main complain was the server. He never smiled. Now, have in mind we got there early so it wasn’t late at night or anything. I would have understood that maybe he was tired, but no, it was just 4:30 pm. He was miserable. I mean, he didn’t even try to hide it. We didn’t get ONE single smile out of courtesy. He walked slow and just unhappy all around. At one point t I asked for refills and he filled ONE cup only and went to sit on the corner with some friends. He didn’t come back to check on us so we had to ask someone else to help us. This person (that I believe to be a manager because he was dressed differently) after providing service to us, went to the corner and spoke to our server and then the server came back with the most miserable face possible. We left a tip only because we are not mean spirited people but he deserved nothing. We will not see the need to go back or recommend to other people. Thank you."

"Always great food. Greek chicken salad, all breakfasts, chilli, coneys, gyro, club sandwich are all ingenious. I was there with my daughter today. She asked about the kitchen and I asked our waitress if she could go back to see the great skill they cook. They went back and the owner went around her to show her all parts of the kitchen. Very nice people. The manager/owner even came out after we went to our car and gave my daughter a strawberry milkshake on the house! Totally unexpected and very nice of them. We'll be back. It is pleasing to see friendly people especially in the restaurant industry, after all the garbage they have been through short waiters and increasing food costs."

"The food is always delicious at this restaurant. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Even when they are busy, they still offer to refill your coffee after you pay. They don't rush you out and make you feel welcome to stay. However, I didn't want to linger too long due to their busyness. The food came out quickly and I particularly enjoyed the cinnamon swirl French toast. My only complaint is that I wish there were more than 4 pieces in the order, as they are round slices of bread and may not be filling enough for those with a big appetite. The coffee was also fresh and tasty."

"I ordered the Steak and egg meal, asking for my steak to be cooked medium-rare but it came out well done. The hashbrowns were overcooked, but the eggs were cooked over easy as requested. The waitress was fantastic, energetic, and attentive. She was also very friendly towards my 5-year-old kid. The overall service was good. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The price per person was $10-20. Overall, the food was decent, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was great."

"I'm giving this place one star for the atmosphere because it's not pleasant to smell floor cleaner while you're trying to enjoy dinner. It was more than an hour before closing time, and they had already started mopping the floors. I realize they were preparing to close, especially since parts of the restaurant were blocked off. I really hope they reconsider using strong cleaning products while guests are still dining."

"PM is one of the restaurants that I consider "Top Drawer Dining". Customer-oriented staff - courteous and attentive to your needs. Good skills are evident. The food, as always, is second to none. "we decided here before a show in north charleston performing arts center on a Saturday evening to dinner because it is near the venue and the demand for Greek food. the waitress (kaitlin was charming and enthusiastic, and the restaurant was not very busy. we enjoyed our Greek food selection (the gyros were excellent, but the lemon chicken soup had too much salt and pfeffer, and was somewhat disappointing. a diner ordered a white pizza (10 which was very delicious. overall I would recommend this restaurant."

"Place has pretty good food but they closed early the other day and didn’t shut their online ordering off. So I placed an order and went to pick up and they were closed. Tried to call and their VM is full lol So had to message on FB to get a refund, in which they responded and said they would process the next day. A week went by and nothing, so reached out again via FB. Now we’re informed they need all this info to refund the order. LOL your company should have processed a refund for any order than came in after you closed early. It’s very unprofessional that I have to reach out multiple times to get my money back after it was just taken."

"I used to like this place. Today went with family of four. Among other starters ordered the mixed appetizer plater. Absolutely astounded by the absurdly small portions. Typically would just let it go and not return, but in this case was so obscenely small I need to share with everyone. If you can’t serve an honest dish it’s time to pack it up and go home. Unacceptable. Will never go again and definitely need to tell everyone in the neighborhood to avoid at all cost. Rip off plain and simple.I should have taken a photo and show the whole world. "We have the 77. My father's birthday celebrated there. Two of us had the lamb, who literally fell from the bone, others had the filled cabbage, Souvlaki, the gyro plate. We had also grilled octopus, hummus tzatziki start and baklava finish with Greek wine Ouzo to accompany everything. Everything was fantastic! Martín was our server and he made the night very special. Great time!"
