"Let me clarify the rating: Food: 4, Service: 0. We arrived around 7 PM, and the place wasn't busy. The person who took our order was Victoria. I hesitate to even call her a server because she seemed to lack any understanding of what that entails. Her listening skills were poor, her attitude was sarcastic, and she was unprofessional, displaying a clear lack of interest in her responsibilities.
Things went further downhill when we only ordered water to drink. As she started to walk away, we were left puzzled because she didn’t offer us menus. After a moment, she turned back and, in a snide tone, asked if we wanted menus. The food took quite a while to arrive, and when it did, we still didn’t have any silverware or napkins. About 6-7 minutes later, she came over to check if everything was okay, and we had to ask for silverware and napkins, which took another 10 minutes to arrive.
One member of our group ordered a dessert called "cue ball." After about 30 minutes, Victoria informed us that she forgot to place the order because another table had ordered seven pizzas, and she was overwhelmed. Another 15 minutes passed before the dessert finally came. At this point, I requested the check, which seemed to catch her off guard. Throughout most of the meal, our drinks were empty. I eventually went up to the bar to pay because I had no clue how long it would take for her to return.
We could see the pool tables and bar area from our table, yet she was rarely visible. I would definitely return for the food, but if Victoria were our server again, I would choose to sit elsewhere."
