"I will not be visiting this place again, I ended up here to meet a friend after receiving some very bad news . Upon sitting we were informed it was only take out but we could order drinks it was about 10 we understood they closed at 11 so we proceed to order our food to go. We ate a few bites of the food and was finishing off our drinks . It was NOT even 11 yes and the bartender or whoever she was proceed to rush my friend to finish her drinks which she was . Instead of speaking to her in a respectful tone like the adults we are she was being very condescending telling us that the 11 o?clock hour was only for people who had been there before 10 which is such a weird policy that needs to be posted somewhere . I don?t appreciate her speaking to us the way she did. And I honestly it doesn?t matter if I return or not the place will keep going but you never know what?s going on with someone for you to be so rude."

"Stopped in for ‘national chicken wings day’ on a whim and we were pleasantly surprised with B’s! Although server seemed new and a little nervous, he went above and beyond to meet our needs. We shared a sampler appetizer platter and we each had bone in and boneless wings. Everything INCLUDING the sampler platter were prepared to perfection and honestly the best “pub food” we’ve had. Definitely worth a visit!!"

"Wow, we had an amazing lunch today! We live in Abingdon, VA, and we've really missed our Harbor House since it was closed at exit 19. The food was even better today than I recalled from the Abingdon location! We enjoyed the Alaskan whitefish and the popcorn shrimp lunch special, along with slaw, hush puppies, and baked potatoes—our favorite Harbor House meal. Our waitress was incredibly friendly, and we appreciated the Christian music playing in the dining room. The restaurant was spotless! Our family will definitely be coming back often!"

"We ordered 2 appetizers and the first one we ordered was not put in, so only 1 of the appetizers arrived. 20 min later when our server finally came back we asked about our other appetizer and she was like ohhh I thought you hadn’t decided on both just the one. We ordered 2 salads and we asked about those too and she asked oh did you want those before your food or with your food? Well why didn’t ask that question when we originally ordered the salad and the pizzas instead of 30 min later and assuming we wanted them with our pizza! A table that came in 20 min after us ordered salads and pizza and their server said I’ll have those salads right up for you and sure enough their salads arrived before ours! The cauliflower crust was less to be desired and we’ve had plenty of cauliflower pizza crust pizzas. The regular hand tossed pizza we also ordered was soggy and floppy. Let’s just say we will never be back. Horrible service and not very good food"

"I ordered wings, a Cuban sandwich, and onion rings, but unfortunately, everything was overcooked. The Cuban bread had a slightly burnt taste, but I ate it anyway. If I decide to come back, I'll definitely be sending everything back and leaving! On a positive note, the restaurant was clean, and the waitress and other servers were fantastic. However, I won't be returning anytime soon."

"My family has been dining at Gennaro’s my whole life. I just want to give compliments to the chef tonight. The fried mushrooms are one of the best things I’ve ever eaten in my life!! The pizza was also superb. I couldn’t find a place on Slice to leave a review (even tho I’m hesitant to let this masterpiece secret get out for fear they will change under high demand. But whomever the chef was tonight—I’m dreaming about the mushrooms. They were exquisite! Can you pass along this message to the chef and current owners?
