"Brilliant! While visiting Nashville, the restaurant was on a wait, so we took open seats at the bar, and was given superior service and recommendations by the bartender, Taylor. Every single dish we had was nothing shy of perfect. signature cocktails, great balance and flavor. cheese fritter appetizer was delicious. Cesar salads had the right balance of dressing and lettuce. spaghetti carbonara with chicken was excellently prepared, with perfect ratios of pancetta, Parmesan, cream, and pasta. three cheese pasta with chicken was also excellent, generous portions of all entrees is appreciated. the grand finale, the Tiramisu … holy moly… it’s absolute perfection. It’s a non traditional spin off, with chocolate ganache, and cream. Italian cuisine is my favorite genre of food, so I don’t say this lightly, but this was the best Tiramisu I’ve ever had. The restaurant is within walking distance to the Tesla service center, so if you’re like me and have to come into town for occasional service, do yourself a favor and visit this fine establishment. You won’t regret it. You may find yourself a new favorite restaurant like we did."

"Celebrate wife i birthday her 2 weeks earlier, my next week. Our servers were super on this fairly busy Ash Wednesday beginning of Lent. I asked to celebrate a hurricane because I didn't drink for Mardi Gras yesterday. The bartender has never heard of this drink before he made it from scratches. I compared it to the place where Pat O'Brien's Bar was founded in New Orleans, was AMAZING! 110% better!!! Wife loved her Caipirinha. Meat all prepare excellently with a few burned/coal, but that's okay, they have for them on the next, perfect. I miss the lemon chicken that was much better than this new chicken taste. The fried cheese with honey was SO GOOD!! Service was great as always. We have come here several times a year for 10 years ~30 we had only one experience. It wasn't one of those times, and I don't expect to come back soon. Will definitely be back for more. Great service can make the difference and a big reason why we always come back. Stop the good work."

"First time to visit this particular Morton's. 5PM reservations on a Monday, seated right away. Servers were all very helpful friendly. We ordered French Onion Soup for starters. Lots of onions, 2 pieces of bread were impossible to cut not enough cheese for us. The broth was good but a little watery compared to what we are used to at other restaurants. I had the Greek chopped salad. It was tasty but seemed to have too much dressing on it. My husband had a filet it was wonderful. He also ordered the loaded baked potato which was also fantastic. His wine, however, was $25 for 1 glass! The hot onion bread was amazing we both loved that."

"What a fantastic little gem of a pub-restaurant! The pub area was lively and bustling, filled with polite regulars, while the restaurant side was quieter, hosting just a table of Karate moms. They had a great selection of beers and the classic pub food was served quickly. It’s a bit tucked away behind other shops—look for it behind Goodwill and Guilford Haircuts; it’s situated in a spacious parking lot. It’s a wonderful spot to catch up with friends or grab a quick bite, though it might not be the best choice for a first date or a special occasion!"

"if they can eat here, they do it. everything we have eaten was absolutely delicious. my man had the sweet onion suppe and the pimento mac and cheese speciality with grazed garnel and swirl. I had the ribeye and garnel Sampi special with garlic kartoffeln and a beside garden salat. the halat was better than expected. it had dried cranberries, pecans, gurken, red planks, tomatoes and an salat mixture with speck blue cheese dressing. my nativity was perfect. it was incredibly tender and good seasonal. we ordered cream brulee with a Blackberry commercial for dessert and it was amazing. this place is great for a date night."

"When this place is busy, there is nowhere inside to wait; one must stand awkwardly off to one side of those dining outside. The outdoor seating is on the sidewalk; diners have passing cars, exhaust fumes and headlights in their eyes. Those walking down the sidewalk have to detour around those dining on the sidewalk and enter traffic to do so. Service was lacking There is no greeter or hostess. We weren 't given an option as to whether we wanted inside or out so were seated on uncomfortable little plastic chairs a stone 's throw away from the parking lot. The uneven sidewalk made my chair tip forward which had me fighting to keep from sliding out of it the entire time I dined. The server asked if we 'd like something to drink, we said we wanted to look at the wine menu. He disappeared inside and didn 't come back out for 10 minutes. By then we were ready to order, so we ordered both entrée and wine. We didn 't get our wine until after our bread and salads were served. The food was bland, but at least the pasta was al dente, so thanks for that. Prices weren 't bad although portions were small. Plating was attractive. Overall, not horrible but not great. Parking: Parking is almost on top of the outdoor dining area . "Unfortunately, the rest of our meal fell short of expectations. From the shared caprese salad to our pasta dishes—my husband's artichoke piccata and my Italian sausage with mushrooms—we found ourselves disappointed. The caprese salad had only a few drizzles of balsamic vinegar and was strangely lacking in olive oil or any seasonings. My husband's pasta featured artichokes that seemed jarred, lacking any real depth of flavor, while my ragu pasta was overly saucy, resulting in a one-note taste, and I could barely detect the tiny bits of sausage. The only cheese provided was from a shaker meant for pizza. I’m giving this place 4 stars primarily because of the friendly and warm staff; I would return just for their sweet demeanor and the charming atmosphere. Perhaps other dishes might be better, but unfortunately, we weren't impressed with ours."

"When we brought up the issue to our waitress and requested to move to a warmer area of the restaurant, we were told that it wasn't possible because the other waitress couldn't accommodate any more customers. It's important to note that this restaurant isn’t large, so I imagine our waitress would have only had to take a few extra steps for us to change tables. Feeling unwelcome, we chose to leave. As we were exiting, we noticed that the thermostat was set to 72 degrees. I called to speak with the manager afterward, but the person who answered simply picked up the phone and didn’t respond. When I called back about half an hour later, the woman who answered said the manager wasn't available. That certainly explains the situation. In conclusion, this restaurant offers great food, and we've had wonderful experiences in the past. I really hope the management can address these issues and ensure the dining environment is more comfortable for customers in the future."

"I am very disappointed with the quality of the food I received, but I was able to resolve the issue with DoorDash customer service. My roasted half chicken was extremely overcooked and completely dried out. I can't believe I was charged $30 for it, especially with no sides, and it looked like a young chicken or hen. There was no seasoning or flavor, making it unbelievably dry. This place is seriously overpriced; $17 for two small Kobe beef meatballs, and everything was lacking seasoning. That’s unacceptable. I’m giving it 2 stars because the creamed spinach and Mac n Jackson’s mac and cheese were okay."

"I hadn't been to this restaurant since before COVID, but last week I noticed there were no cars in the parking lot at 3:00 pm on a weekday. I used to love this place, so I decided to treat myself. All the waitresses were just standing around with no customers to serve. The service was okay, but not great. What really turned me off was a large sign stating that all prices had a 5% COVID surcharge added. I ordered a small pizza, a small salad, and a Coke/Pepsi. When I asked for extra tomatoes, I was charged either 75 cents or $1 (I can't remember). The total came to $26.10 without including a tip. I enjoyed the food, but as a single retired woman, I didn't appreciate the extra charge for a few slices of tomato. I won't be returning, which is disappointing because I used to frequent this place before COVID. P.S. The food was excellent."

"I've visited this restaurant a few times, and it has become our go-to spot for pizza. You really can’t go wrong with their meatball or Italian sausage sandwiches. I appreciate the variety of bread options available when ordering. The lasagna is quite generous in size, and I can never finish it! They also have a fantastic selection of pizzas, which we enjoyed during our visits. The service is incredibly fast and attentive; the staff consistently checks to ensure we’re satisfied with everything. I also like that you place your order at the counter. Despite how busy they seem every time we visit, they always find the time to make us feel valued."

"I shared my disappointment with the bartender, suggesting they should consider removing this pizza from the menu for the sake of their customers and Italian culinary traditions. I wasn't trying to be confrontational, just genuinely expressing my disappointment. Then, the manager approached and asked if there was a problem. I pointed out the obvious issues, and she responded that it was a different style of pizza. I insisted that it was not just a different style, but rather, it was terrible. The manager seemed personally affected by my comments, suggesting that if the owner heard my criticism, I might get kicked out. I wasn't being loud or rude; I simply wanted to convey that they need to be aware of the subpar ingredients they are serving while charging premium prices. Being from Woodstock, I should have known better than to order pizza at a tourist spot like Cucina. I feel it’s my duty to stand up for pizza quality. They shouldn't call themselves an authentic Italian restaurant while serving mediocre pizza. As a local, I felt more like a tourist during this experience. Honestly, I'd have preferred the pizza I used to eat in middle school over what I got here. It shouldn't be that difficult to get it right!"

I requested my steak medium rare, and it was absolutely perfect—juicy, with just the right amount of pinkness and a beautifully crisp exterior. What stood out the most was the service. It’s a family-owned and operated business, and you can feel the personal touch in every interaction. Cari welcomed us and seated us, while her brother Alex took care of our table. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about our experience. Honestly, I can’t recall receiving better service in a long time, and I work in the service industry myself. The family also owns the wine shop next door. The restaurant itself is charming; you wouldn’t expect it just by looking at it from the street. It’s conveniently located near a great café, but once you step onto their patio, it feels like you’re enjoying wine at a villa. The interior decor is authentically Italian, featuring cozy booths and tables, romantic low lighting, and the lively sounds of clinking plates and cheerful conversations. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it! A coworker suggested this place to me, and I’m so glad I took their advice. Don’t let the few negative reviews deter you; those are likely isolated incidents, and they missed out on the chance to see the restaurant at its best. We will definitely be returning!"

"Wow, this place was amazing. I grew up in an Italian family and am typically over critical of Italian restaurants because they don't use my grandma's sauce. It wasn't a problem here. While it wasn't my grandma's sauce, everything was prepared with the care my grandma put into her cooking. It was most definitely one of the top 5 Italian restaurant meals I have ever had. The room was perfect, the service was excellent, and the food was old Italian lady quality. Robert was awesome and was at the front of house greeting people as we walked in and circulating the dining room throughout the evening. I felt like I had been invited over an old friend's house for an expert home cooked meal. This is the perfect culinary experience for everyone, even if you think your grandma is the only person that can do Italian food right."

"Made reservation through Open Table. It was accepted by the restaurant. Showed up checked in with the hostess who, after seeing my reservation, dismissively said, “as you can see, we are very full and I cannot seat you.” No attempt to address the fact that they accepted a reservation that, presumably, the restaurant indicated was available yet refused to honor. Poor showing on that end of the visit both the restaurant’s decision to put reservation openings that won’t be honored on Open Table the hostess’ indifference dismissive attitude. Fortunately, 2 spots at the bar opened up and we were able to eat. The bartender was great and the food was good too. However, had we not been very hungry, we would have left the restaurant after that lackluster interaction with the hostess."

"My group thoroughly enjoyed our experience; I was on the verge of checking 5 stars, next visit. On this particular night our server was Claudio, who is a character. We got great service and enjoyed our evening with him. You will get table bread, which is delicious, especially when you smoother it in the sauce that they handmake onsite. The setting is nice, they also have a tented area off the back. Our table started with the Panzarotti (Mozzarella stuffed Breaded Ravioli, Marinara Sauce) which was delicious. We also enjoyed the Cavolini (Sautéed Brussel Sprouts, White Wine Sauce, Parmesan). The appetizers each deserved a 'B+ ' grade. Being that we were all family I got a taste of everything, and I really liked EVERYTHING. I 've read some negative reviews on the red sauce, which I thought was OKAY. It does have a unique taste, which might not appeal to everyone. I had the Salciccia Gnocchi with said red sauce (Sausage, Tomato Basil Sauce, Mozzarella) which I thought was very good, 'B+ ' grade. Someone at our table had the Bolognese Gnocchi (Meat Sauce, San Marzano Tomato Sauce, Parmesan Cheese), which was also a solid 'B+ ' The portions are plentiful, we had Gnocchi for lunch the next day. My wife had the show stealer as far as my pallet was concerned, the Zucca Raviloi (Butternut Squash Amaretti Cookie Crumbles, Butter Sage Sauce) which got an 'A ' grade on my food scale. My cousin had the Spaghetti Carbonar (Pancetta, Shallots, Black Pepper, Egg Yolk, Cream) which is super rich, but also pulled an 'A ' grade, while her husband had the Pappardelle Bolognese (Meat Sauce, San Marzano Tomato Sauce, Parmesan Cheese) which I 'd give a 'B+ ' grade. Our table enjoyed our night out, food and service were all on point. When you come here, prepare to manga-manga!"

"The food, including calamari a sirloin steak chicken picatta beef short rib were all excellent. The portion size on the chicken picatta was a little disappointing more chicken would’ve been great and my caprese salad needed to have the tomatoes sliced thicker but good overall. Our party had the cheesecake flourless chocolate carrot cake tiramisu and coffee that were all very good as well. The kicker in this was the excellent service provided by “LaLa”, who was super friendly attentive and welcoming which made our night. She was great, and our opinion, someone that ownership should commend! Stop by, ask for LaLa and have a nice meal experience. We’ll definitely be back to try something new off the menu."

"We had a fairly large party. We called ahead to confirm we could get seating and to be courteous and warn a large party. When we called, we were not greeted with someone from Caeser's but instead from the front desk of the motor inn where the restaurant is housed. That person was not the warmest, but we got seats, nonetheless. The folks there were very friendly, and the dining room as we entered wasn't extremely busy, seemingly occupied with regulars. There's a bit of a selection of food from standard fare to seafood, but the prices seem to borderline on high. (For two adults and 3 young children whom shared a meal, it was 84 dollars..no seafood or soft drinks in the order. In particular, we ordered a bacon and bleu burger with fries, an order of boneless wings (1lb , a large fry, and an adult plate of chicken alfredo, split between 3 kids. The burger tasted as though it came from a box; over seasoned and salted. Just the burger itself was a salt lick, not adding the blue cheese crumble to the mix. The fries were cold and seemed as though they were done first, plated, and then waited for other items to be done. The boneless wings were very good, and the kids enjoyed their chicken Alfredo. Overall, the food took a very long time to come out, and seemed the same for tables around us. Others in the party had a rack of ribs; which were largely flavorless and seemed to be spare ribs, vs baby back ribs. The tenderness was okay, but not overly appetizing. An order of Nachos was ordered as well, they were essentially tortilla chips with shredded cheese, which wasn't melted and seemed microwaved vs baked. The other items in the nachos were good. Overall, while not a completely terrible visit, the quality of said meals did not line up with the price. I would visit again if the quality met the price, but have a hard time recommending if this mixed quality is what is to be expected and at the price point presented. What I can say is this: if you like wings, have at it. It may take a bit to come out, but they universally seem to be good.
