"Food was surprisingly good all around because its usually hit or miss... salmon, bronzino, steak and chicken...apps as well, all good. Ambiance is very nice as always. I just don't understand why they cant pull the service together. The place was barely 25% full and we had to ask twice where our drinks were. We finally got them about 35 minutes after we sat down. Probably would have had more, or ordered a second bottle of wine, if we got them an an appropriate time. There was a lady sitting on the side of the kitchen the whole time we were there. We couldn't figure out why she wasn't helping on the floor. At the end of our meal she came by to ask how everything was. I assume she was the manager and if so, they need a new one because she had no idea what was going on in the place the whole time, and didn't supervise or help her staff at all."
