"My husband and I come here often. The food tastes great and service is often good.We were very disappointed today however.The server dropped off our drinks and when she started taking our order, I felt something cold dripping on my feet. It was water, spilling from the bottom of the glass. Turns out the glass was cracked. I felt so relieved knowing I hadn’t yet drank from it.When we finally made our order, I told the server I wanted the Bulgoigi Bimbimbap. I pointed to it on the menu because I am not good at pronouncing it.Later when she brought our bill, I noticed there was a discrepancy in the price of the Bulgogi. When I spoke to the cashier about it, she told me it was because I ordered the Bulgogi dinner.I pointed to the same item on the menu that I pointed out to our server, and when the server joined the conversation she said she “assumed that I meant the Bulgogi dinner because at one point I mentioned sometimes getting teriyaki there”.Both her and the cashier simply stared at each other, and then at me, unwilling to do anything to resolve the issue.No apology, no questions, no comments.I honestly felt like they were questioning my integrity…over a $4 dollar difference.Very disappointed. We truly used to like this place."
