"Let's start with the good news: the pastrami sandwich was fantastic. The bread was perfectly crusty yet soft, with just the right amount of mustard—it was overall very tasty, and I would definitely eat it again.
Now, for the downside: the chicken parm sub. Oh boy. If I had dined in, I would have sent it back. It was little more than a soggy, Sysco-style chicken patty that resembled a frozen food item. And to make matters worse, it was surprisingly sweet??? Why would that be the case? The only redeeming part of the sandwich was the bit where the cheese had melted onto the bread, and even that was the only part I managed to finish after the first bite.
Honestly, it was quite disappointing. I urge you to consider removing it from the menu, as it may mislead others into believing that this is what a chicken parm sub should taste like."
