"One of my good followers asked me to check out Panera Bread's new chicken sandwich. I obliged. I hadn't been to this spot in YEARS, so going back was definitely my pleasure. It was good, but lacked flavor, even with the crisp, aioli. Their Signature Spicy Take Chicken Sandwich with Buffalo sauce, spicy dill pickle chips, emerald greens on a brioche bun $9.79 with a fruit cup . DELICIOUS!! This sandwich was much better spicy. And their spicy isn't hot. The fruit cup was DELICIOUS as well!! Their Toasted Steak White Cheddar grass fed beef with aged white cheddar, pickled red onions, horseradish sauce on ciabatta $9.79 with the cucumber, tomato salad-DELICIOUS . LIKE THAT!! Flavorful, meaty with some kick, and the ciabatta was perfectly toasted!! Their Small Mac n Cheese Bowl with a French baguette $5.29 . DECENT. It didn't taste fresh. Their Frozen Strawberry lemonade $3.09 . LIKE THAT!! Refreshing, flavorful, tasty!! Their Frozen Caramel Cold Brew $4.49 . STAMP-according to my son but he's right, I've had it before !! . "Extremely unpleasant experience marred by the rude attitude and behavior of the General Manager, Kelsey Cappello.On the morning of 11/4 around 9:30, I entered the Panera Bread location with the expectation of receiving the warm and friendly service that Panera is known for. Unfortunately, my encounter with Kelsey Cappello was far from the positive experience I had hoped for. From the moment I approached the counter, her demeanor was unprofessional, unwelcoming, and disrespectful.I ordered two bagels with cream cheese and was waiting by the pick up counter. One of the employees asked me what I am waiting for and asked me to wait over the mobile pickup where Kelsey is standing by. I went there and showed her the receipt confirming with her that this is the right place to wait for my order. She pointed me back to where I was and command me to wait there, “no, go wait there.” . I told her someone else just asked me to wait here. She pointed to that direction again “wait over there” she said, without any explanations. Moments later, I was handed with a bag with two tubes of cream cheese with no bagel at all. When I came back and ask, I was told that this is what I was ringed for. I was like if the register misheard my order, why bother asking if I want plain bagel and if I want it to be toasted?In the end, I got my bagels. There is no apologies whatsoever from the start to the end by Kelsey. She spoke to me in a condescending tone, and it was clear that she had no interest in providing the level of service that I, as a customer, deserved.I believe that such behavior from a General Manager sets a poor example for the entire team and reflects poorly on your company as a whole. It is disheartening to witness a key representative of Panera Bread treating customers in such a discourteous manner.I strongly urge you to address this matter promptly by conducting a review of Kelsey Cappello's conduct and providing necessary training or corrective action.Feel free to contact me for more information about the situation."

"Whoever is in charge of operations here should be thoroughly embarrassed. I visited on a Saturday around 1 PM and placed an order using their kiosk, which promised a text notification when my food would be ready. Like other Panera locations, they have an electronic board to show the status of orders. However, I didn't see my name listed. After speaking with some other patrons, it became clear that their names were missing too, regardless of whether they ordered through the kiosk or at the counter. It seemed like the board was only showing orders made via the app. As I looked around, I noticed that nearly every table was empty, and the number of people waiting at the pickup counter was increasing, visibly frustrating those waiting. I saw at least three different customers ask the staff about the status of their orders. It was clear that the staff was overwhelmed and not prepared for the lunchtime rush. Once my wait time reached 30 minutes, I went to the register to request a refund. It took them a while to locate my order because so many orders had come in after mine, and I noticed a couple of other customers follow my lead and seek refunds as well. This franchise location needs better management, more effective training, and likely additional staff during busy hours. If they expect longer than usual wait times, they should communicate that to their customers. In the end, I went across the street to Wendy's and received hot food within two minutes of placing my order."

"This is my first and probably last time at this location! I went there tonight (Super Bowl Sunday) so it was empty!! I was the only one in there to place an order for pickup! There were 5-6 people working there so I assumed it would be easy to get a $35 order correct! 2x you pick two combos and 2 kids meals (grilled cheese and Mac n cheese). I tried to double check before leaving but with two small kids tired I peaked in quick but thought it looked ok! Of course when I get home we are missing one of the kids items! I called back and spoke with 3 different people, one being the manager and never even got an apology and I had to ask for a refund! And when I basically expressed my frustration, the last person gave me an even bigger attitude and then hung up! I believe the Managers name was Jordan and she should be ashamed of operating in this manner. They should have gotten the order right the first time! But hey mistakes happen and when they do, have a bit more pride, apologize and make it right! I won’t be going back here again and something tells me by their attitude they won’t even care! Save your time and money and avoid this place!"

"I ordered a chicken sandwich, and the server described various ingredients, toppings, and a pickle that would come with it. However, I ended up ordering a half sandwich and an iced drink, but later realized I had paid for a full sandwich (plus a tip, totaling $11). When it arrived, the sandwich contained only a few pieces of chicken, a slice of tomato, and no pickle. My friend was also disappointed with the bowl she ordered. Although we didn't take our issues back to the server, we probably should have. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that we felt needed to be shared."

"They have the worst hazelnut coffee I ever tried! I tried it three times there several months apart with the same result. One time I poured my coffee from the Hazelnut tank in the cup, closed the lid and drove away just to find out the “coffee” was cold water. I did not turn around I was on a highway. Two other times the liquid was hot but it looked and tasted like dirty water. No smell or taste of hazelnut whatsoever."

"This is a great Panera : they have very friendly staff who are always more than happy to accommodate anything a customer wants. I had a great ice caramel latte, unfortunately my chip bag was open so my delicious crispy chips were very stale which is uncommon but I do love the caprese sandwich! It's totally the bomb I just don't understand why they don't cut it in half? Otherwise great place!"

"I ordered a flatbread and requested that it be toasted a little longer. When I checked the boxes on the counter, I noticed that it hadn't been toasted as I asked. I politely asked the staff to put it back in the oven for a bit longer, but the manager told me he couldn't do that since I had already opened the box. This response was completely unreasonable, especially considering they didn't prepare my order the way I requested. The customer service at this Panera Bread location is very disappointing, and management seems to have no idea what they are doing. Also, parking is a nightmare with no available spots. Overall, a frustrating experience."
