"I waited in line for 15 minutes, and the menu is tucked away in a small cubby at the back, facing sideways. This makes it impossible to read until you reach the register. Even if it were facing out, the font is too small to see from a distance. As a result, everyone was stuck waiting to decide their orders until they were at the front, which made the line feel endless. Unfortunately, they were out of carnitas, which is what I had come for, so I ended up ordering the chorizo burrito instead. To my disappointment, it was mostly filled with lettuce and onions. The little chorizo that was there resembled a thin smear of goo with a texture similar to tomato paste. Perhaps that's intentional, but the chorizo I’ve had before usually has more texture, similar to ground sausage or beef, not a smooth paste. The burrito was so unappetizing that I had to throw it away after eating only a quarter of it. On a positive note, my wife enjoyed her beef nachos, although I found them to be quite bland. So, while they do get some points for that, overall, my experience was not great."
