"The food was absolutely fantastic! Unfortunately, the service didn't live up to the high standards of the meal or the lovely atmosphere of the restaurant. It took a long time to get assistance, and our water glasses were left empty for most of the meal. To add to the frustration, because we were a party of seven (including two children), we were charged a 25% service fee! I don't mind paying extra for larger groups, but I expect a certain level of service in return. With two kids and our water glasses being empty, I'm not quite sure what I paid for. We even had one meal that was missing the entire time, only to be brought out after everyone else had finished eating. You could tell it had been ready for a while since the lettuce was wilted. Kudos to the talented chef and the beautiful venue, but given the service and the fees, I doubt I'll be returning anytime soon."
