"I absolutely love Anyetsang's! The atmosphere is so authentic, with the waitstaff dressed in traditional Tibetan attire, and the decor is rich in cultural significance. Even with so many amazing Thai and Indian restaurants in the area, I always choose to dine at Anyetsang's because the chef is Tibetan. The food is incredibly delicious, and the service is excellent. I also appreciate that the vegan and vegetarian options are clearly labeled. While I can't remember the Tibetan names for everything, I ordered the tofu Tibetan noodle soup and the cauliflower and carrot momos (dumplings), and I couldn't recommend it more!"
