"this is as good as it comes outside a dedicated vegan and professional sushi menu. we tried four different items from the veggie roll menu, although a few came standard vegetarian, and so required smaller changes to be made vegan. the server were aware of these modifications, so that all that was required was to demand that they be made vegan, where appropriate. we have the Veggie Dragons, the spirit in the shell, the heavenly ura and the silence of the yams. I strongly recommend all four. if they are looking for excellent plant-based sushi, this is our only complaining that it was extremely busy (although it's easy to see why) and that, as fish was still served before site, a sensitive nose can recognize the smell and they will often see fish on the bar and on other volks. it didn't bother us too much, but fair warning."
