"Favorite Restaurant. The food here is classic made with high-quality fresh ingredients, and perfectly prepared. Anyone who has spent any time in France will instantly recognize the authenticity from the intense flavors perfectly balanced. The omelets (served only up until 11 a.m. are as well-prepared as anywhere, and those who appreciate a simple dish expertly done will understand why we love this place so much. The desserts are superb, especially the St. Tropez, the strawberry shortcake, and the Almond croissants. <br/ <br/ Being authentically French, the place does indeed suffer from what many will consider French shortcomings; the service can be slow, and the coffee is only fair at its best. It's best to avoid peak times, or not be on a tight schedule, and the expresso is better than the coffee, but still not great.<br/ <br/ But these flaws are easily forgotten after enjoying their flavorful tourte au poulet or boeuf bourguignon. The Roswell location barely advertised, yet just through word of mouth it went from empty to nearly packed in just a couple of months. <br/ <br/ This place is a rare treat."
