"I discovered this restaurant while strolling through Telluride, and it didn’t show up in my online search for dinner spots, but I was intrigued by the concept of a whiskey noodle bar. I ordered the smoked miso ramen while my partner chose the Hill ramen, which came with a cured egg. The cured egg was absolutely fantastic—definitely worth the extra cost. Both ramen dishes were delicious, and the cocktails were impressive too. I had the aged Manhattan, which was perfectly balanced. We also tried the Meat Sweats shot; the name alone was enough to pique my interest. Don’t worry about the Tabasco barrel-aged bourbon—it had just the right amount of heat, complemented by a beautifully charred piece of brisket as a chaser. The service was excellent and very accommodating. I will definitely come back here when I’m in Telluride again."
