"I reserved the Irish Bred Pub 's second floor for 09 Sep 2021 for a military unit 's farwell party. I was assured by the manager that the $110.00 I put as a down payment was fully refundable. The next day, I called to inquire about the refund and was told they would refund the money, but it may take a couple of days to show up on my statement. Sure, no worries, I 'll wait, not a big deal....Fast forward 3 months, that 's right 3 whole months, and I have never received my refund. I call twice per week to inquire where the refund is at (roughly 15 times now). Every time I call, I get the same answer. The lady who handles the refunds is not here at the moment. I have driven to the restaurant twice and asked in person as well. Nothing!I am always respectful when I ask, but I may have to resort to small claims court to get my money back(something I didn 't want to do over $110). If the owner is reading this, I hope you can get to the bottom of this.Edit:The Irish Bred Pub reached out to me last week and refunded my $110. I changed the review to 3 stars."
