"We ordered takeout from this restaurant and when we arrived to pick it up, we were given the wrong order. My husband noticed the mistake, not the staff, and we eventually received our correct order. When we got home, we realized one meal was missing a side of cole slaw, the second meal was missing a side of baked potato, and the salad greens were brown and inedible. Additionally, the chopped steak was raw in the center. I called to inform them of the issues, but the response was underwhelming. The staff seemed unfazed and offered no compensation. Our order cost $47, and we had been loyal customers for years, frequently dining there for breakfast and dinner. This was the second time we experienced major mix-ups and poorly cooked food. While we were willing to overlook the first incident as a bad day, the lack of proper handling of the second incident has deterred us from ordering or dining there in the future. We understand that mistakes happen, but good customer service would involve addressing and correcting them."
