"Terrible customer service. Delivery driver only complains about how you gave him a tip he ain’t want or complains on how long it took you to come to the door. Then when you call up there they take your whole order then put you on hold and hang up when they notice that you don’t give the driver the tip he wants. He don’t follow simple directions and then goes back to lie to the people back at the store and tell them you wasn’t where you said you was when he never came to the address."

"we have ordered from them several times. this time it SUCKED on jan 22!! they did not include the sides that were suppose to come with our order. nor did they include dressings or sauces that were suppose to come with our sides salads. I called Casa Mias to let them know and the guy who took my order also answered and just said ok didn't offer to make it right or provide some money back. after he said ok he hung up on me. I then called them back about hanging up on me and of course they immediately put me on hold. I guess the losers recognized my number and didn't want to hear what I had to say. they have gone down hill with food and service and won't order from there again! if you want good food and service go somewhere else don't order from them!!!"

"My wife and I ordered from this restaurant for the first time last week, and from the moment we called, we knew we had found a gem. The woman on the phone was incredibly helpful, pleasant, and kind. The delivery person was equally friendly, and the food was fantastic. We enjoyed our experience so much that we decided to order again this week. The presence of panhandlers and individuals struggling with addiction around the area can make waiting for food a frustrating experience. That said, the food is good quality for the price. "Friend took me here ranting about this place how good it is, we both get steak Bombs with extra cheese (only American) we go outside as she in pain has hard time walking n standing I walk her car then go back inside check on our order. I get our order bring it to her she at first so happy very hungry besides in pain til she opens her sub to realize cheese stringy, doesn't taste right n will not eat it as not American cheese. She in so much pain unable walk over without help that I offered go inside for her see if I can get it fixed for her. I go inside show them the sub they use there fingers n say that's American cheese n will not remake it n refuses to do anything about it especially after they handled it with there fingers in the sub which is nasty already to give back a customer a sub that multiple ppl touched n chuckle at there face. I go back out explain what happen n she threw that sub instantly away. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will be reporting to board of health that they put there fingers in food n gave it back to a customer which is disgusting itself n they rewrapped up the sub like was no big deal. Not mention from when I walked back in did I see him clean his hands at all before even touching n prodding the sub. Only thing good was the onion rings yet they were super greasy. She used to love eating here n lost a long term customer"

"Absolutely loved it! I give it 5 stars. I ordered delivery through a third-party app, and the food arrived quickly, fresh, and hot (or at least the items that were supposed to be). I got two extra-large pizzas: one was meant to be half pepperoni and half cheese but arrived as all pepperoni. I'm not complaining, though—my child absolutely loved it! The extra-large deluxe pizza I ordered was phenomenal. The toppings were delicious and perfectly proportioned. I think they must use some unique seasoning, as I kept tasting an intriguing flavor. Whatever it was, it was fantastic! I also ordered the shrimp salad, which is a large garden salad topped with shrimp salad. I chose the Greek dressing, and it was all really tasty! Thank you, Mt. Washington! We'll definitely order again soon, and I'm excited to try the Indian specialties!"

"This restaurant is known for their Bratwurst sandwiches, so I decided to try the Jr. Brat and Rind. It was a bit disappointing as it arrived cold, even though it's hard to mess up a sandwich. They shouldn't advertise it as a hot sandwich if they only heat it up for 15 seconds. It seemed like they may have just quickly thrown it on a flattop. The sandwich was also on the small side for the price of 8 dollars. However, the service was quick and the staff was friendly. Overall, I would rate it a 4 out of 10. Perhaps it deserves only 2 stars."

"The pizza is good but the service is pretty bad. Once I waited 1.5hrs for a pizza and despite calling multiple times they said it was coming only to finally check and say it wasn’t and they were going to just refund me. I didn’t want a refund, I wanted my pizza but they didn’t want to bother and check on it so I went hungry and had to find food elsewhere. Every time I go in there to pick up they are not friendly at all. Really sub par service but if you’re ok with that then enjoy the 4 star pizza. It’s Greek style and always tasty."

"My wife and I decided to stay in Inner Harbor Baltimore for a couple of nights before a cruise. Having had a substantial seafood lunch earlier in the day, we wanted something smaller we could take back to our hotel and relax for the evening. Crazy John’s was close to our hotel. Yes, this establishment is in the middle of a block of strip clubs and sex shops but we arrived before 6pm when there was a lot of sunlight left. We were never approached on the street for a handout. Entering this shop was similar to sandwich shops I have been to in New York City years ago. The menu is extensive. Colby walked us through the menu and took our order. She pointed out they’re special that before 6pm you receive a comp bag of chips and a canned soda with the purchase of any sub sandwich. Per Colby, this sandwich shop has been open for 50 years. Prices were very reasonable. This place specializes in cheesesteak and they have more varieties of cheesesteaks I have ever imagined. We opted to order their shrimp cheesesteak (tiny shrimp added to a classic cheesesteak) and an Italian sub to share. Colby packed them up for us and we headed back to the hotel. The sandwiches were both very good but the shrimp cheesesteak was our favorite. Both sandwiches came on very fresh hoagie type rolls and were loaded with plenty of meat. If in the area again, I would not hesitate to make a return trip to Crazy John’s."
