"The food was really good our table had a medium pepperoni pizza, a burger, a Philly cheesesteak sandwich, two beers, 3 soft drinks. Note that the burger and sandwich don’t come with fries those are extra cost. But I have to take off stars forthe service and cost. We were there early 5:15pm there was no wait for a table, and plenty of open tables. There seemedto be plenty of servers roaming around….except ours. The burger and sandwich were brought out in good time, but no pizza. After waiting almost 10 minutes, we finally flagged down our server, who had not come to check on our food, and asked her toplease find our pizza we had another event that we had to make it to and were on a timeline to get there. The pizza finallyarrived as the burger/sandwich eaters were almost finished. My husband finished his first beer and had had to flag the serverdown to ask for a second one. It never came. I had to flag her down to ask for soft drink refills, and remind her about thebeer. She finally delivered the drinks. Then, we finished our meal and watched for her for 10 solid minutes so we could askfor the check. No show. I finally asked the hostess to please find our waitress so we could get our ticket we HAD to go. Another 5+ minutes went by, and she finally came by with our ticket, and a casual “sorry that took so long.” We finally getthe ticket and find that $6 has been added as a “labor charge”. What? The total for the meal was $120. Again, the foodwas really good, but was severely overpriced, and our service was severely lacking."

"I visited Brunches At Randall on a Sunday afternoon with my son and friends. We checked in at 1:19 pm and were told there would be a wait, but not too long since only one large party was ahead of us. Our group of five was told we’d get a text when our table was ready. However, the wait ended up being quite long. Around 1:55 pm, we went inside to check on our table and were told we were next, just waiting for it to be prepared. This was frustrating as I had been watching people come and go for the past 35 minutes. We finally got the notification at 2:02 pm. Ariel, our waitress, came promptly, introduced herself, and brought a kids menu for my son. We ordered drinks and continued browsing the menu. The table next to us had the Easter Sampler Platter, which looked delicious but very filling. We placed our order around 2:12 pm. I ordered a loaded mimosa flight along with the All American Breakfast, which included a cinnamon bun, scrambled eggs, and home fries. My son ordered the Kid American, substituting the pancake for French toast, and had a chocolate milk that turned out to be quite small. Drinks arrived at 2:23 pm, and food came about 2:45 pm. I enjoyed my meal, though one friend didn’t like the regular pancakes, while another friend’s three chicken and waffle shots were absolutely delicious. The long wait was tough, especially since we were very hungry. Overall, I thought the drinks were better than the food. I would visit again if I’m in town, hopefully on a less busy day."
