"When we were seated, our section was empty, but we noticed two large groups and one smaller table arrive, get seated, place their orders, and receive their food before us. Our waiter later admitted that he had forgotten to submit our order. Once he realized this, he finally placed it. Unfortunately, he brought the gravy for the fries so early that by the time our burger and fries arrived, the egg had already cooled down. When our food eventually came, we found that the burger was missing lettuce and tomato—just a dry patty. The waiter promised to bring the missing items, but by the time he returned, our food was already cold. All in all, it was a disappointing experience at Goldie's. We usually love the taste of their burgers and have several favorites, but we've never had such a poor experience before this visit."
