"Service needs to be addressed to be a viable option for business lunches. We were a group of seven with two of the guests running a few minutes behind and asked to wait until the full party was present when we had a reservation, our table was ready, and the restaurant was not near capacity. It took some nudging, but we were eventually seated. After a considerable wait we were able to get the attention of a server to place our meal orders only to have each meal brought out one by one. It was over ten minutes from the first order to the last to be brought out, making it awkward for everyone waiting for the complete table to be served and their food getting cold. We then had to again flag down the staff to bring water, and again for the check, which was dropped in the middle of the table when it was clear that I was the one who provided the card to pay."
