"TERRIBLE. Placed an order for a delivery for a large cheese pizza and waited almost 2 hours before I decided to call and ask about the pizza. The young lady answered the phone, asked for my address and I proceed to give it to her. (At this point I just wanted my refund back because waiting 2 hours for a cheese pizza was extreme) She told me there was no pizza placed under the address but I seen they had made the transaction from my bank account. I told her that there was an order placed, and she continued to tell me there wasn’t. It wasn’t the fact that they made a mistake it was the fact that she spoke to me RUDELY. She then decides to hang up the phone. I called once again and no answer. I will NEVER order from this pizza shop again and I was the most loyal customer to them. If I was able to rate them 0 stars I WOULD."
