When I warmed it up at home, I was pleasantly surprised to find the noodles were generously included in the broth, clearly made from fresh, quality ingredients. The broth itself was nicely salty, topped with a flavorful hot oil. It had a mild level of spiciness that wasn’t overwhelming. The beef was incredibly tender and fell apart easily, though a few pieces still had some tough membrane, which added to the flavor. After all, what can you expect for around $10? Waygu? All in all, this is a fantastic and budget-friendly soup spot that also offers a variety of other dishes."
