"Its a very pricy and overrated Indian restaurant with average taste (especially for vegetarian options . Salt was less in all the 4 dishes we ordered Hara bara kabab, Cauliflower 65, Methi chaman veg gravy (24$ and biryani. Even the chutney/onion thatwe ask for the starters has to be purchased. I heard from the people that the ambience was fabulous but I felt it was OK! Thereare many other indian restaurants with better ambience in NJ. The only attraction of this restuarant was the Robos, that bringsthe food to our table. Btw, I am the big fan of Deccan spice at Jersey city, ignoring the ambience."

"Sorry but this place does not even deserve a star,firstly it's the owners who we have to blame,the staff are overworked and stressed out, the price of entree high and served without rice,its ok if to pay for good food,but the food was pathetic,the gongura lamb was so sour could hardly eat it,the telangana lamb sweet and tasted like tikka masala,the biryani used to be good,but this time horrible. Service tax is added for a table of 4,and when we asked the manager he says before covid we used to add it for table of 5,but after covid we started adding it for table of 4,this itself just shows they are not worried about service or food quality and hell bent on squeezing the customer for cash,I don't understand why charge service tax when u can't give quality food and service,the only person who was cheerful and helpful was the food runner. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNLESS THEY DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE FOOD AND SERVICE. And the toilet too was so dirty. It?s been a while tried a carry out this time,still the quality of food has not improved , just too bland and tasteless."

"Did a carryout recently and it's wonderfully delicious, high quality indian food. The ordering process was easy and the food was ready on time. The person at the front desk was friendly and food was well packed and ready to go. Had Schezwan baby corn, Chettinaad veg curry, garlic naan and Egg dum biryani. The flavors were great, food was high quality and was prepared exactly to what was requested. Would highly recommend, you cannot go wrong at this place."

"we got a dosa and it was okay. there wasn't that much filling or spread out evenly. the top portion of the dosa was good and crispy but the bottom was soggy even though we started eating right after it was served. it was surprising that the dosa wasn'thot since there weren't that many customers there. would have thought it would be fresh and warm. we also wished there was moresauce. it was odd that one of the slots was empty.... overall we made do with what we were given. the server didn't really checkon us or check if we were okay. we also got a biriyani. we asked for goat but they didn't have that and didn't tell us until awhile after so we settled on chicken. I'm used to the meat being shredded but this was just a drumstick and a small chunk ofchicken in the middle of the bowl. the rice was tasty though and it was a bit spicy. it wasn't mentioned it would be spicythough anyone who can't tolerate spice would not be able to eat this but we both enjoy spice so we were fine for the most part.it was served with yogurt and some broth? the server didn't identify what he brought and was nowhere to be found afterwards forus to ask. we had to wait a while before we were able to get the check. the positive thing was that it's 10% off for cash.honestly was expecting more from this place since it's in Parsippany and there's an Indian population here but was disappointed.will need to venture to Edison next time for a dosa fix next time. the food wasn't bad but it wasn't something that would makeme want to come again."

"The food was decent, but unfortunately, many dishes were quite dirty. Unlike most Indian restaurants, they didn't provide any spicy options. The service was inconsistent; they didn't offer any drinks and took a long time to attend to us. Twice, they asked if we were ready to order, but then left as soon as we confirmed. The ambiance was nothing special, resembling a typical hole-in-the-wall establishment, with one side cluttered with stacked chairs. Overall, this definitely isn't my go-to spot for Indian cuisine in the area for several reasons."

"The butter chicken was overly colored but lacking in taste, and the tandoori chicken was dry, tasteless, and had a spoiled smell. I ended up throwing both dishes away because I didn’t want to compromise my health. I'm very, very disappointed! I wish there were a way to rate them negatively because there's nothing good about this place. Most of the food ended up in the trash. Thanks for making us spend money on something we couldn't eat. If they continue to provide subpar food like watery buttermilk and spoiled chicken, they won't be able to sustain their business. They really need to focus on offering quality food to succeed, otherwise, they're likely to close down."

"I ordered the Chicken Lollipops and the Bawarchi Boneless Chicken Biryani. "I typically order the butter chicken and saagwala when I visit, and both dishes are incredibly delicious. This restaurant is a true gem for Indian cuisine. Also, the Mango Lassi is absolutely delightful. I give it a full 5 stars. I highly recommend it if you're looking to treat yourself to some takeout. Instead of stepping into the "Japanese" buffet next door, take a few extra steps to eat here—it’s far superior and definitely worth it."

"I have visited this restaurant twice and had a wonderful experience each time. They always ask about the spice level you prefer, which I really appreciate. I love the variety of dishes available; there are several options from Southern India in addition to the Northern dishes that are typical for the area. "Handsome server greeted us with a smile as soon as we walked in, was incredibly friendly, and very considerate of our needs! My partner and I are both very white presenting, and he graciously asked if we were sure that we actually wanted our food extra spicy. Incredibly helpful and considerate! As soon as the food came out we dug right into it, finding it to be even better than we anticipated! The chicken was tender, the sauce had a velvety consistency, the spices paper so perfectly with each other that we couldn 't ask for a better dish from heaven itself!!! "The chicken biryani was enjoyable as well, though it was a bit mild in terms of spice, which made it taste somewhat bland. I wish it had a bit more heat; next time, I'll be sure to request a spicier version to elevate the flavor. The goat biryani featured nicely cooked mutton pieces and was quite tasty. The accompanying salad and raita were also impressive, and they kindly provided us with extra portions when we asked. A quirky detail I noticed was that they serve an egg with the mutton biryani, something I've never encountered before! As for the bheja fry, it had a slightly sweet taste that I found to be just average. However, everything was fresh and served hot, with no food going to waste. I appreciated their takeout container concept, making it easy to take leftovers home. We will definitely return for their Haleem and biryani, and next time, we’ll remember to ask for our biryani to be spicier!"
