"Paneantico, can you please stop selling me stale lemon cookies? I'm not sure what the issue is, but I’d say about 90% of the time I buy them, I get home to find that they're rock hard and crumble apart. The food here is decent, but the prices are on the higher side—$20 or more for just six small pieces of BBQ ribs and $13 for a 4x6 piece of lasagna. I do appreciate the Italian pastries and the traditional holiday items, though. The cashiers seem to change frequently, resulting in inconsistent and sometimes chaotic service. But seriously, please do something about those stale cookies! *sigh*"
