"I dined at this restaurant a few years ago and had a wonderful experience. However, during a recent visit on a Friday shortly after they opened, I ordered several sandwiches and an appetizer to go, and I was left waiting for an hour. The service was nearly nonexistent during that time, and when the food was finally ready, the staff seemed dismissive and didn't even apologize for the long wait. Unfortunately, the sandwiches were a letdown compared to my previous visits—cold and lacking in meat. I would strongly recommend against dining here at this time, which is unfortunate because it used to be a fantastic choice."
