"I believe Banthai Express has quickly become my favorite local Thai restaurant in southwest Austin. Some Thai friends recommended this food truck, praising the quality of all their dishes. I've visited multiple times and tried a range of options, all of which I've thoroughly enjoyed. Each time, the food is fresh, flavorful, and served piping hot. Ordering is easy, whether online or at the counter. The menu offers a diverse selection with something to please everyone in the family. One aspect I particularly appreciate about Banthai is that the dishes intended to be spicy truly have a kick. Many Thai restaurants in the U.S. seem to cater to those who may want spicy food but aren't fond of actual heat, leaving us spice lovers disappointed."
