"Had to make at least one last visit to Otium before it closes. The service was fantastic and the staff should be commended for how polite and professional they were. I could imagine it must be some stressful or sad times. Regardless, they were top notch. We were served the food we remembered that always made us happy. The old standbys. At the same time we tried new dishes that we never had. I complement chef for his imagination and the technique and quality that go into the dishes. The one new dish we never had was the seared scallops. The scallops were on point but the accoutrements that were part of the dish, took it to a new level. I was lucky enough to say thank you to the chef, as he was there. Yes we will miss this place. It will hold special memories of lovely dinners and brunches, of friends enjoying each others company, of being treated special by the staff, of delicious food that filled our hearts and souls. I hope the best for all here at Otium."

"I recently visited a restaurant that was formerly known as Palace of Asia, now called Urban Spice. Despite the name change, the food was incredibly delicious and the service was exceptional. The only downsides were the repetitive elevator music playing for 45 minutes and the bland dining area that resembled a newly renovated hotel restaurant. However, I did appreciate the large round tables that could accommodate 10 people. Overall, it was a great experience and I look forward to returning."

"Our first time here since the restaurant moved from Setauket. We ate at the outside deck which was so nice. Music was piped in and was soft and easy to have a conversation with. The food was still amazing! It was my husband's birthday and I informed the waiter. He brought some ice cream and a huge sparkler! We had a great meal and they honored my Groupon! Definitely will go back again and again!"

"What a disappointment! I received a reminder about this reservation yesterday, and when we arrived today, we found the place closed. From the state of disarray visible through the windows, it looks like it won't be reopening anytime soon. It's pretty ironic since it was supposed to be a brand new restaurant. "I recently visited Palace of Asia, a wonderful Indian restaurant that I have been to many times before. My teenage children and I savored the chicken tikka masala and navratan korma, along with tasty naan, puri, and aloo paratha. Everything was delicious. We always end up eating too much here, but we still take home leftovers that we argue over for lunch the next day. My son typically sticks to the chicken from the American menu, but this time he tried the chicken kabobs and really liked them. It's a great place for both large and small groups."

"I had a great experience at this Indian restaurant. They offer cloth napkins and tablecloths, and the service is excellent without being intrusive. The atmosphere is peaceful and calming. When we mentioned that we were new to Indian food and had different preferences (my date likes mild dishes, while I prefer spicy), the staff were very accommodating and suggested dishes that suited our tastes. The prices are reasonable, and we left with leftovers. The location is a bit hidden in a strip mall along Army Trail Rd, but it's definitely worth the effort to find. We will definitely be coming back."

"Planning a party of 225 people is challenging when you are doing all by yourself, so I started couple of months before. I reached out to Biryani N Grill and went for food tasting. My husband and I liked their food and decided to cater from them. We had customized few dishes to our palette, and they obliged to our requests. For Cocktail hours we had Samosa Chat, Mixed Vegetable Pakora, and Chicken fingers. For Main Course we had Goat Biriyani, Chicken Korma, Paneer Tikka, Tindora fry with Cashews, Eggplant Salan, Mango Dhal, Bagara Rice, Roti, and Naan along with Papad, Raita, and condiments. And For Dessert we had fruit salad with Rabdi. The meat and vegetables were cooked to perfection. The Goat biriyani and the Chicken Korma had lots of meat pieces and not just gravy and the same with the Paneer dish. They had prepared the Tindora fry with fresh tindora and not the frozen ones. The dishes were very clean with right amount of spice and not greasy at all. Every single item on the menu was delicious and there was enough food to serve all and take home some. Our guests enjoyed the food and their comment was ‘food is excellent’ and so is ours. We will be visiting again this weekend."

"So my girlfriend and I have now been here twice. Both times now we had Sam (server) twice. Two months since we last visited and he remembered us! He was amazing! He’s extremely personable with his guests and makes you feel welcomed and not like a guest! He recommended some delicious food and cocktails too. "I ordered the butter chicken along with garlic naan. One thing I appreciate about this place is that they serve rice with their main dishes, and they'll bring you an extra order of rice if you ask. Overall, I enjoyed the food—it had just the right amount of spice and was served quickly. However, I found the butter chicken had a bit too much tomato sauce for my liking, and it wasn't the texture I prefer. Despite that, I would definitely return since it's so close to home. If you're in the area, it's worth a visit!"

Only one type of Roti bread, only chicken for meat every other place I see Two varieties of nonveg chicken and goat or fish and food taste was average, not the Akbar food that I experienced much earlier. "Buyer beware! Not allergy friendly!! We ordered through Door Dash last night and wasted $40 on food that was inedible. My family has a dairy allergy and I clearly requested in my order that each item be gluten free, vegan and mild. Upon receiving the order I thought it looked suspicious so I called to check and sure enough these dishes contain dairy! Also the peas pilau was freezing cold as if they forgot to heat the dish before sending (which also means they likely microwave to go food in styrofoam! . At first I thought the peas pilau was supposed to be served chilled but the fellow on the phone Nandu confirmed it should have been heated and also confirmed that despite my requests the majority of our food contained dairy. He was quite abrupt and did not apologize or offer to correct any of the errors. Seemed like he just wanted me off the phone and didn't care that they ruined our dinner, wasted our money, and could have made my family very sick by including dairy in our food despite the notes on the order. The one dish which supposedly did not contain dairy was the Mushroom Mutter but even this was disappointing as the veggies tasted old like they came from cans and it was very spicy for a dish that was requested mild. So many problems with this order, makes me question everything about this restaurant. If they are not careful with preparing the food, then how careful are they when cleaning and sanitizing their kitchen?? I am completely dissatisfied with the food and customer service. I was not offered a refund or replacement or even an apology! Such a frustrating experience and a total waste of time and money."

"I used to love this place and their food. However the quality has definitely changed, I noticed a decline a few months ago but today was quite disappointing. Paid over $100 for curries that were sour (too much lime) and sweet when we specifically askedand was told it could be made extra spicy. Also had asked for some breads with butter, took 3 attempts for them finally bring itout without butter. Sadly we will not be returning to this restaurant after this."
