"I've visited this Taco Bell before and it was fairly decent, but today's experience was terrible. I won’t be returning to this location. I dined in with my family and waited about 30 minutes for three Number 7 meals—absolutely ridiculous! The employees seemed to prioritize the drive-thru over the customers inside. When our food finally arrived, they had forgotten two of the freezes, the quesadillas were uncut, and the chicken was as hard as a rock! The only redeeming item was one of the freezes; the other one was a complete mess. What a waste of money!
As we were leaving, we noticed a man in the parking lot who had been waiting even longer for his food. His order was falling out of the bottom of the bag and was dripping with something unidentifiable. They had also forgotten most of his food.
I was also very disappointed with the cleanliness. I saw a staff member using the same rags to wipe down tables, the trash area, the soda machine, door handles, dirty corners, and the floor! This place needs new management and staff!"
